Amnesty International called the abuse of migrants in Mexico a major human rights crisis Wednesday, and accused some officials of turning a blind eye or even participating in the kidnapping, rape and murder of migrants.
Central American migrants are frequently pulled off trains, kidnapped en masse, held at gang hideouts and forced to call relatives in the U.S. to pay off the kidnappers. Such kidnappings affect thousands of migrants each year in Mexico, the report says.

Many are beaten, raped or killed in the process.

The group’s report comes at a sensitive time for Mexico, which is protesting the passage of a law in Arizona that criminalizes undocumented migrants.

Mexico: One of the most corrupt governments on earth– who exports a million indigenous people a year.

Yea. Let’s take lessons from them. Right.

Mexico can beat, rape and kill immigrants but Arizona has to allow them to sneak in, commit crime with impunity and avail themselves of FREE services that legal citizens are forced to pay taxes for?

Here they are ..THE ILLEGAL ALIENS…in all their glory at the last protest:

But apparently people can come here illegallly, have NO respect for our Constitution…. then pick and chose which laws, if any, they would like to obey.

Lemme ask you then…. Why on God’s green earth should we have to pay taxes or respect any laws whatsoever?

The function of the Border Patrol has been an essential element of our country since before our Constitution was even written. On July 4th, 1776 our Founding Fathers declared our country independent from England. It is this act that we celebrate on July 4th of every year.

The eighteenth reason for our separation from England — as listed in our Declaration of Independence — is the King’s refusal to provide the people of America with safe frontiers — defended by a Border Patrol.

We need a comprehensive program to end illegal immigration once and forever.
What does that mean?
Essentially that means ensuring that people who enter illegally or overstay their lawful status will not be able to obtain employment, public assistance benefits, public education, public housing, or any other taxpayer-funded benefit without detection and repercussion.

We have nearly 20 million illegal aliens in America today.
One quarter of them are in prison.

And oh yea…Deportation is an Option.

Mexico happens to be more violent than Iraq right now.
So put up a dang WALL..and let the Law of the Land protect our citizens once and for all.

Asked about the GOP’s plan for immigration reform…Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele offered a distilled version of his party’s views.

“I can sum it up for you this way. The party as I said is always…the party of assimilation,”…

“Something that we believe in very firmly and basically what we should be saying is that there are rules that you need to get into the country, go [through] the right door, fill out the right form, have some apple pie, hum a few bars of the Star Spangled Banner and get to work,” Steele said. “God bless you, and I think that that begins to set us on the right road to dealing with this issue.”

Steele went on to say that he is “sick and tired of people playing the hot politics of immigration” and urged his fellow Republicans to “have a level head in dealing with this issue” when Congress takes up immigration reform sometime next year.

In 1965, thanks largely to Sen. Ted Kennedy; an immigration act was passed that opened the United States to third world poverty and third world social norms. Instead of our laws focusing on immigrants who are good for America, (that is: immigrants who have a skill or expertise to add to the American melting pot), America began focusing on what America can do for the immigrant.

Reaping The Whirlwind

Today for the first time in American history, America has more illegal aliens coming to this country than legal aliens.

They are not coming to add to or strengthen U.S. society, but to take advantage of the hospitality and the fruits of hard work by the American middle class.

The world community has come to regard America as an “International Park” where other nations, (particularly Mexico) can dump its hopeless, diseased, insane, criminal, uneducated and undesirable people.

The Bolshevik revolution was brought about by less than 1% of the population while 99% of the people stood by and watched. What are you doing? Will you sit by and watch while we turn into a huge global “International Park”?

Title 8:
Section 1325. Improper entry by alien
(a) Improper time or place; avoidance of examination or inspection;
misrepresentation and concealment of facts

Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States
at any time or place other than as designated by immigration
officers,
or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration
officers,
or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United
States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the
willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first
commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or
imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent
commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or
imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.

(b) Improper time or place; civil penalties
Any alien who is apprehended while entering (or attempting to
enter) the United States at a time or place other than as
designated by immigration officers shall be subject to a civil
penalty of -
(1) at least $50 and not more than $250 for each such entry (or
attempted entry); or
(2) twice the amount specified in paragraph (1) in the case of
an alien who has been previously subject to a civil penalty under
this subsection.

Civil penalties under this subsection are in addition to, and not
in lieu of, any criminal or other civil penalties that may be
imposed.
(c) Marriage fraud
Any individual who knowingly enters into a marriage for the
purpose of evading any provision of the immigration laws shall be
imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or fined not more than
$250,000, or both.
(d) Immigration-related entrepreneurship fraud
Any individual who knowingly establishes a commercial enterprise
for the purpose of evading any provision of the immigration laws
shall be imprisoned for not more than 5 years, fined in accordance
with title 18, or both.

Dirty Texas Politics Taint Border Patrol Agents’ Trial

I have to give huge kudos to Shawn Christopher Phillips, of the Wry & Coy Report, for compiling some of the least known and most misreported facts surrounding the case of the two Border Patrol Agents prosecuted for shooting a drug smuggler. Shawn has raised some very troubling questions surrounding the case - questions worth asking and investigating. He has also connected the dots in a way that the media has been unable (or unwilling) to do.
