Screw Target! Not on my list of places to shop anymore. Target is the closest store to my home, but I will not be going there. The Salvation Army kerfuffle was stupid enough, and damaged them, but his? Insane! They won’t be getting my money, ever!

Target is bending over the the Muslims on this one. I heard about this early and hoped that Target would do the right thing. No chance.

If they don’t like handling pork, they should try getting a job that wouldn’t put them in that position. Sheesh.

What the hell are those Muslims (I assume they’re female, as most cashiers are.) doing out working, anyway? Shouldn’t that “meat” be “in a hijab, in her room?”

I would look for Target to quietly stop carrying pork products. Also, if they’re called on it, I would look for them to blame the Jooooos as much if not more than the Muslims.

If the court system wasn’t so darned far to the left of center, these people would have no case to try. If you accept employment you accept all aspects of that job. If sometime your sensibilities become offended (Christian, Jewish or muslim) your appropriate action is to quit - not attempt to force the employer to work around your sensibilities. But then, we burried Common Sense a couple years ago, didn’t we?

It should be simple…perform the duties of your job or find employment elsewhere. If the management and owners had the grapefruits to remain steadfast on this, then perhaps people with major malfunctions wouldn’t be taking advantage of every situation. I can understand if it were a question of a health issue or a safety issue or a harassment issue but being offended is not a reason to refuse to do their job. It’s time for businesses and Americans to take a stand to stop idiotic measures like this and to not empower organizations like CAIR.
