Sweet friends.flirt1.gif

Off to Florida to visit family for a few days!

Will leave ya with these thoughts to ponder…heh.biggrin.gif
Get rich while I’m gone k.richani-ddy.gif

I will try to “steal” a family member’s laptop when they least suspect it to make the ole rounds!hearts.gif

Out of freeeeeeezin New York City……….Sunny (hopefully) Florida….here we come!

Mickey? Great name for a cartoon mouse. But did Walt Disney know that he would make millions of dollars from a cartoon mouse? Did he know it was an important decision at the time? I don’t think so. It wasn’t a foolproof scheme to get rich quick, just a decision that worked”.

13 lucky management decisions

In 1850 Julius Reuter used carrier pigeons to communicate share prices between the end of the Begian telegraph line in Brussels to the end of German line in Aachen. It was the beginning of a news and information business.

After Warner Brothers produced the first talkie in 1927, others joined the fray. But studios weren’t sound-proofed, so filming took time. RKO number two, Sam Jaffee, suggested RKO should film at night when it was quiet. It did so and stole a march on its rivals.

In 1961 Jean Nidetech was put on a diet by the Obesity Clinic in the New York Department of Health. She invited six dieting friends to meet in her Queens apartment every week. Her invitation created Weight Watchers and the slimming industry.

In 1977 Ben and Jerry decided to do a $5 correspondence course in ice cream making. They now make a lot more ice cream than they ever thought possible.

In 1979 a Hewlett Packard engineer found that by heating metal in a specific way, it splattered all over. The decision to exploit this launched the ink jet printer business – 10 years later, this decision became the basis for over $6 billion in HP revenues.

In 1989 Coca-Cola was involved in one of the great corporate debacles: the new-recipe Coke. This was truly ill-advised. The good decision was to quickly go back to the older recipe. Many would have been tempted to stick with the decision and weather the storm. Sometimes the best way forward is to retreat.

A computer programmer, Pierre Omidyar, starts AuctionWeb in 1995 to see if the Internet could be used for electronic selling via bidding. eBay is soon born.

How many millionaires do you know who have become wealthy by investing in savings accounts? I rest my case.
Robert G. Allen

money11.gif

In my experience, it is rarer to find a really happy person in a circle of millionaires than among vagabonds.
Thor Heyerdahl
jester.gif

Are these decisions simply extremely lucky or more shrewdly calculated?
Did they just happen at a precise time?

Luck, timing, talent, genius..or all the above?

What is the magic formula for global success friends?listen4.gif

BIODIESEL: Feed a Farmer – Starve a Terrorist

Tuesday, January 15th, 2008

PARIS (EJP)—A Jewish journalist was denied a Saudi visa to accompany French President Nicolas Sarkozy during his official trip to Saudi Arabia last Sunday.

Gideon Kouts, a Paris-based correspondent for Israeli radio and tv stations, presented his French passport but the Saudis refused to grant him a visa “because I am writing about Israel,”

Jewish journalist denied Saudi visa for Sarkozy visit

Kouts, who also write articles for the Jewish magazine “L’Arche”, said that “this is setting a dangerous precedent which can affect any Jewish journalist who covers Israeli related news.”

Ah yes the Saudis.
With friends like these….

But don’t fret. Our President just offered the women abusing, Jew hating, America backstabbing Sawdis a sweetheart arms package.

Bush in new Saudi talks after first moves on arms deal
RIYADH — US President George W. Bush was poised for a second day of talks with King Ab-dullah of Sau-di Arabia on Tuesday, after his administration announced it was taking the first steps in a long-awaited arms deal with the kingdom.

The arms deal, which includes weaponry and high-tech munitions, has alarmed Israel and some US Congressmen, especially as Saudi Arabia refuses to recognize the Jewish state.

Do we pretend not to know that The Sawdi’s fund the Wah-abbi sect with our very oil money all over the free and “not so free’ world.

They hold our economy by the you know whats.

Ya think Bush recalls how 16 of their um.. “nationals” were involved in the greatest attack on U.S. soil and our homeland ever? 15 of the 19 hijackers were Sawdis..But who’s countin?..Apparently – no one.

What a humiliating low in U.S. international prestige. Why should we treat a band of felons and thugs as anything but the band of thugs that they are?

Must we continue to promote the fiction that they are “allies” when they spend immense sums of monety to subvert our populace with exported propaganda, and are so “friendly” that they even export terrorists to us to murder our civilians in broad daylight.

President Bush making kissy face with Prince Ab-DULLah.

Oil prices. Oh yea. gasani.gif

Yom Kippur War – Arab Oil Embargo

In 1972 the price of crude oil was about $3.00 per barrel and by the end of 1974 the price of oil had quadrupled to over $12.00. The Yom Kippur War started with an attack on Israel by Syria and Egypt on October 5, 1973.
The United States and many countries in the western world showed support for Israel. As a result of this support several Arab exporting nations imposed an embargo on the countries supporting Israel. While Arab nations curtailed production by 5 million barrels per day (MMBPD) about 1 MMBPD was made up by increased production in other countries. The net loss of 4 MMBPD extended through March of 1974 and represented 7 percent of the free world production.

Our President being dragged along by his Saudi masta, looking like a ridiculous puppet stooge holding that jeehad sword.

By the way.
What comes to mind when you see an Izzlamic sword?

Nicholas Berg.

Daniel Pearl.

Kristian Menchaca and Thomas Tucker who I wrote about Here and Here and Here

The merciless beheading and desecration of Kristian Menchaca and Thomas Tucker, the two 101st Airborne service members reported missing at a checkpoint, then butchered by the Sawdi’s pals.

It’s call jeeeeeeeehad Mr. President.

The Sawdis who patently refuse to shake the hand of a Jew.
Yup. Wer’e in bed with a huge enemy alright…Snuggle up kids.

Wer’e in for a looong, sleepless night.

Gilad Shalit’s BooK

null

JERUSALEM – Years before he was a soldier seized by Palestinian militants, 11-year-old Gilad Schalit penned a simple parable about how enemies can get along.

His story, “When the Shark and the Fish First Met,” has now been published as a children’s book that teaches tolerance — while its author, now 21, spends his 19th month captive in the Gaza Strip.

Captive Israeli soldier now a children’s author

The Shark and the fish…
His message: ‘Even enemies can live together’

Ah..Out of the mouth of babes.

Gilad’s story is about two mortal enemies who come to the conclusion that it is far better to live peacefully side by side than eat the other alive.
Sorry, but this is Ham-ASS your’e dealing with.

Of course we all know that Gilad is now like an innocent little fish surrounded by the killer sharks in Gaza. (or Iran, or wherever they are hiding and most likely torturing the poor soul.)

Perhaps someone should be penning a book about Olmert’s inexcusable failure to secure his release? zombie.gif

Schalit’s captors have not allowed Red Cross representatives to see him, and his condition is unclear.

Wer’e told by the Libtards to follow the Geneva conventions even when dealing with these subhuman terroritsts, but Muzlims get a free pass to behave how they see fit no matter how depraved.
Ah but lefty do-gooders only gun after people that will most likely NOT cut off their heads. You know…Americans, Jews, Israelis…….civilized folk.

Back at the ranch Israel is still supplying gasoline and electricity to Ham-ASS. Nice.yuck5.gif

Sure. Envision for a moment if you will sweet friends.
International public reaction if we release audio and video tapes of Gitmo prisoners in pain, not getting their “prayer time” or access to hal-al food. uh huh.

burning5small.jpg

Recall the dhimmified Liberal reaction when SAD-dam, the vicious monster, was captured. They rallied that it was an “atrocity” that we even showed him being examined.headache4.gif

Pentagon vows to probe Saddam photos
BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) —

The U.S. military says it will “aggressively investigate” how photographs of Saddam Hussein in captivity — including one of the deposed leader in his underwear — were released to a London tabloid.

The Pentagon issued a statement as well.
eagle1.jpg

“These photos were taken in clear violation of DoD [Department of Defense] directives and possibly Geneva Convention guidelines for the humane treatment of detained individuals,”

Oh oh oh. SA-DAMM, the one who gassed hundreds of Kurds in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
The one who accrued biological weapons that he wouldn’t allow weapons inspectors to view.
The mass rape room, burn peoples’ genit-als and cut off heads Regime.
But he’s in his underwear. An international Travesty! killani-uddy.gif

Under Articles 13 and 14 of the 1949 Geneva Conventions III Relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War, POWs “must at all times be protected … against insults and public curiosity,” and also “are entitled in all circumstances to respect for their persons and their honor.”

Oh, but these are just Jewish boys captured “kidnapped” from their own backyards.
No outcry warranted eh.
israel1flag-ani.gif

Moral equivalency and Post modernism lets you explain away anything, doesn’t it.hammer3.gif

You know the stinkin Jooos with their apartheid WALL and the Israeli “gen-ocide” against “Pale-stine”, which has resulted in..let’s see the Pali population nearly tripling, since 1967. Interesting “geno-cide” if ya ask me.

null

The only way the blood thirsty IzlamoNazis will even consider freeing Gilad Shalit and the soldiers held hostage in Lebanon is if Israel trades them for thousands and thousands of convicted terrorist murderers. So what if that directly leads to more and more kidnappings, right?

And as a quick reminder.
Gilad was “captured” on Israeli territory in his own military base.

He was not involved in any “hostilities”, as the lying media implies.

He was guarding his own base. Shalit, Goldwasser and Regev were abducted and kidnapped while conducting routine military patrols on Israeli territory.
Minor detail to the Ham-ASS loving Lefties eh?monsterkeyfan.gif

They are terrorist psychopaths no matter how much diplomatic, obfuscation the media attempts. nice-try.gif

Sure, Israel should release thousands of deliberate mass murderers of innocent civilians, in exchange for an 18 year old soldier on duty who was simply checking the border, from which the Ham-ASS animals launch their rockets. violent2ani.gif

Guess what.
Israeli policy even includes trading living terrorists for the remains of dead IDF soldiers.

This my friends, means that Ham-ASS could gruesomely murder Shalit and possibly still swap his body for their thugs terrrorist sickos.

As long as The Olmert-Barak-Livni farce of a government continues to be allowed to do what they have been doing – namely: voting to transfer $562 million to allegedly ‘moderate’ terrorist thug Mah-mood Abb-ASS, we can kiss the prospect of ever seeing our precious boys again.

Frankly the lack of will and resolve and the cringing self-doubt infecting Israel and the West is beyond the pale.

Execute the dang terrorists Ham-ASS wants released, one a day guys and dolls, until Gilad is released.

For those who still have the capacity for logical thought:
There is no point in extending the decency and niceties of a civil society to forces Hell bent on destroying the very concept of a “civilized society.”

Pray for the little Gilad “fish” my sweet friends.

There are two types of fisherman – those who fish for sport and those who fish for fish.

Upstes on Gilad Here

Ezra Levant: Booyah!

Sunday, January 13th, 2008

Ezra was dragged before the Kangaroo Court of Alberta to um..”defend” his publication of the MuuuhaMAD toons.

Remember those?

Dang, I really want to be Ezra when I grow up.

Ezra’s eloquence and logic are only surpassed by his bravery and righteous moral indignation.

Interrogator ( Inquistor): What is the intent and purpose of your article?

Ezra Levant: Why is that a relevant question? .. We publish what ever we want as free Albertans….. no matter whatever the hell you think.

It’s not these cartoons that create hatred, –it’s radical muzzlims who blow things up, who torch my synagogue, who file these nuisance lawsuits who create hatred.

bomb-carani-buddy.gif

Booyahhhhhhhhh!

How passionate and articulate is he.
Lovin this smackdown. Priceless.

Sorry to report sweet friends, especially my dear Canucks, but Canadian…ahem..” justice system”..(what an oxymoron) has stooped to a new low.
Dhiimifying and appeasing Muzlim terrorist extremists appears to be the not so new, prevalent theme of the twenty first century doesn’t it?

Geez.
How many female gen-ital mutiliating, honor-killing, crime while wearing bur-kas, alcohol and seeing-eye-dog rejecting, jeehadi torching synagogue Muzlim men will be dragged before this Human Rights? inquisition eh.

Careful you fascist, left-wing, Big Brother-wannabees at the Alberta Human Rights Commission: Ezra Levant and Mark Steyn make formidable foes.

Read Mark Steyn

Thus the unending valse macabre of our times, as the supposedly progressive forces of tolerance are whirled around the floor by the avowedly intolerant. Ezra is rightly contemptuous of these “human rights commissions”. Canadians should be ashamed of this show trial.

You browbeaters and bullies don’t like it much when the intended victim is brave and valiant enough to fight back do ya. hammer3.gif

This abuse of power by the Canadian government borders on fanatical.

This is the exact despicable government abuse “of the people” that our very Founding Fathers were intending to prevent with our glorious Bill of Rights and our unique Constitution. One of the greatest threats to freedom in the entire Western World is the adoption of these “Commissions” and phoney Boards.

And FYI: The United States Constitution has no provision for them. None whatsoever.

All of a sudden there are whole classes of unqualified “regulators” infecting every part of our lives and expression. Companies and agencies who decided under the PC banner that they have the right to enforce political or social views. Mandatory anti-harassment or the buzz word – “diversity training”. Uh huh.

Lest you think this can only happen in the UK or Canada……..do not forget that Mark Steyn is now in court as well being persecuted by the new facists: The Thought Police.

America will not be far behind Canada or Europe if Shrilllary or Osama are elected.

Radical Muzlims worldwide, threatened and used violence after the toons were published as an example for others to stay within their Izlamist bounds.

In the West, since we are somewhat ahem..”civilized”, threatening violence can in and of itself be considered a crime.
So gee..whats a radical Muzlim or sympathizer to do?

Heck. They sue.

Calgary im-am considers legal action after website comments
They use our system and bring nuisance lawsuits, to sue or legally harass their critics into silence.
You know …the Western equivalent of a FAT-wa.

The Alberta Human Rights Commission is nothing more than a wretched pile of fascistic anti-free-speech Stalinist, Leftard, Sawdi-Im-am sympathizing mindcrime control freaks.
Drop them an email if you please. Let them know exactly what ya think of their tribunals of their citizens.
Alberta Human Rights and Citizenship Commission

This is a case my friends of a publisher asserting his very right to freedom of the press. Do you get that?

It’s not even some warped private corporation’s workplace policy rights. This hearing inquisition should not even be taking place. Outrageous is a masterpiece of understatement.

So friends. Whats the Moral of the story:

Don’t ever “offend” the holy um…”prophet”- you know who.
Give a a Leftard an excuse to censor and stomp on your free speech , and guess what they will take it.

Publish p-0rn. Publish movies slashing women.

Publish anti Israel cartoons daily.

Publish anti Bush editorials daily.

Publish the Pisssss Christ exhibit.

But DO NOT dare offend any victim group that they deem a victim group.
Merely questioning a Muzlim is considered a “hate crime” by the kool aid drinkin Leftards.

Free speech comes to an end and a resounding shrieking halt. Obey.

Ezra hit it out of the park my sweet friends.

He is my, our champion.
Ezra: WTG (Way To GO!) on speaking truth to power.

Capital Punishment by “Cocktail”

Wednesday, January 9th, 2008

Such is the state of modern society that the U.S. Supreme Court gets the job of deciding how much pain the victim of capital punishment feels — never mind what kind of pain the victim’s victims may have felt.

A court decision adverse to the state of Kentucky’s procedure for executing convicted murderers – a drug “cocktail” that knocks out the victim before killing him — wouldn’t exactly end capital punishment, or even capital punishment via drugs. What it would do is send state lawmakers re-legislating to identify and approve a pain-free knockout punch.

The Kentucky cocktail is standard 21st century operating procedure — a replacement for the electric chair, which in turn replaced the noose.

Pain, Suffering, and Capital Punishment

It would have made sense to spare the lives of Goering and Himmler rather than visit on them personally and publicly the consequences of their war crimes?

What of Hitler himself, had he survived the war? What of Stalin, could he have been caught by the representatives of a decent Russian regime? What of Saddam Hussein, who was indeed caught and hanged?

Extreme examples? I raise them for purposes of affirming the underlying purpose of capital punishment, which really isn’t that of deterring bad behavior; it’s that of making a declaration about a particular human act, one so wicked that not to inflict proportionate punishment would be the same as saying, there, there, you’ve been a bad boy, but that won’t stop us from caring for you and feeding and housing you and making sure your plasma TV works right.

drink4.gif

Ah yes. My faves: the anti-capital punishment ahem..”activists“.

You know, the ones who advocate rehabilitating these poor misguided souls creeps.

Sure. Just have the inhuman, sadistic killer over for Sunday brunch, maybe even catch the Super-Bowl, toss back a few brewskeys and “bond.” drunk1.gif
We’ll try not to check the obits the next day k.

All serial killers really need is a teeny bit of love and compassion, right?
fixme.gif

Now the cold facts:
The odds of the state “executing” the wrong guy creep are almost nil.

How bout ensuring the public maximum safety. A dead criminal can’t exactly commit a crime, now can he.killani-uddy.gif

And what bout the economy the Libs are always whinin about?
Why should money money11.gif be spent on vile, atrocious, cold blooded slayers when it could be spent on education, the sick, or the truly needy?

We lose literally millions of dollars, because of never-ending numerous appeals processes.

And what of the the family and loved ones of the victims?
Endless trauma, stress and anxiety plague the family of the victims as long as they are alive.
Execution puts all those stresses to rest once and for all.

Listen. There are actually some who believe that those slated to be executed for cold blooded murder should have an execution with the same method of death as their victims. And despite intellectually disagreeing, I can actually see why.

Who could beat another human being in the head with a hammer until their skull is totally shattered.

Who is capable of shooting someone in the back of the head.

Who can ra-pe a child? cryani.gif

Who can bludgeon someone to death with an ax?

What exactly do the bleedin heart Liberals think that 99% of the murderers on Death Row have done.

Yet they won’t even assent to administering a “cocktail” to painlessly end their lives. drinka27.gif

When a teenager heartlessly teases a tiger and the tiger attacks, the tiger is executed for defending itself.

But callous, pitiless, unfeeling, murderers who oftentimes display no remorse, who should be put to sleep like the rabid dogs that they are, are pitied and defended by the Leftards.

Tell ya what…all those who think these vicious killers, rapists and torturers and slaughterers will “find God” with enough understanding from us……….well, they can just meet up with God in the afterlife……… if Heaven will even allow them entry.

How’s that?

Libs are so busy screamin…Oh, but what if an innocent person is mistakenly executed?
How’s this “What if”: What if the stinkin killers are given a life sentence, then paroled by the bleedin heart Lefties, and commit another murder.

Can we then then execute the opponents of the death penalty?

In case the lefties have forgotten, the whole basis of our Constitution is securing our individual rights and protecting the innocent. A legal system that fails to protect the innocent has dismally failed and guess what.. is unconstitutional.

I think we should ask all the softies who are so dang concerned about the poor, ruthless murderers being executed how they feel about abortion on demand. Hmmmmmmm.

And forget about those who have killed someone simply for the fun of making another human being suffer.

What about those found guilty of treason? Are we allowed to offer them the “cocktail” that knocks out the victim before killing him?
Because guess what.
A country which will even not kill its own traitors is not worth fighting and certainly not dying for.

It’s not as if wer’e talking about an executioners blade flying for mercys sake.
Wer’e talkin about a “cocktail.”

You torture, torment, persecute and cause endless suffering and death to another person………..Then: Drink up.

“The concerned citizens……..made the odd claim that their county had introduced and passed a new “gender identity” bill.

The bill had disturbed many women because it would allow “men” to have open access to women’s and girl’s public restrooms, locker rooms and showers by simply stating that they self-identify as (read: feel like) a woman.

The bill, proposed by the Montgomery County Council, alters the state’s existing non-discrimination laws by adding the phrase “gender identity” in order to protect transgendered “persons” and transvestites.

Sometimes You Feel Like a Nut, Sometimes You Don’t

Opponents of the bill rightly criticize it for this vague definition of gender identity: “An individual’s actual or perceived gender, including a person’s gender-related appearance, expression, image, identity, or behavior, whether or not those gender-related characteristics differ from the characteristics customarily associated with the person’s assigned sex at birth.”

Perhaps those who fancy themselves to be unicorns or Martians will receive protection from “discrimination” in the near future.

Tran-sgendered bathrooms will undoubtedly be supported by pe-doph-iles and per-verts everywhere.

But, on this issue, feminists should break away from their traditional coalition with the gay rights movement. It is too easy for sexual predators to feign gender identity crisis.

And too likely their victims will be real women.

Men in womens’ bathrooms folks. Call it “progress.”zombie.gif

Pe-doph-iles and per-verts unite! headache4.gif

Ah yes, those “noble” doctors who treat patients who have healthy bodies and tormented minds by disfiguring their bodies to match. They ought to have their licenses revoked.

This may come as a thunder and lightning revelation to “PC” Leftards but mutilating yourself does not change a boy into a girl. What it does is simply make a mutilated boy.

People with gender confusion ought to be treated responsibly – namely: medically and psychologically so that they can accept the truth about their true “gender” according to their chromosomes.

Of course we would all want our daughters attending a high school where any boy alleging that he suffers from um.. “gender confusion” can waltz himself into the nearest girls’ bathroom or better yet locker room eh.yuck5.gif

The Dhiimicrats will our government time and time again to go against the majority to execute insane and illogical measures designed to make a minute “politically correct” minority feel “good about themselves.”

So what if it is at the expense of the safety and sanity of the rest of the people, – especially women. I mean who cares about the safety of women anyway right?

To what lengths ought a society change to accomodate those with oddities and abnormalities to “feel better about themselves” and “normal”?

What if some people think they are dogs dogrunani.gif or leprechauns, hmmmm..perhaps we should serve dog food at all restaurants and have a “wear green day to work” monthy to adjust our society around that too.

Not to mention the extraordinary rarity to begin with.
Prevalence

Data from smaller countries in Europe with access to total population statistics and referrals suggest that roughly 1 per 30,000 adult males and 1 per 100,000 adult females seek sex-reassignment surgery.

And spare me the Libspeak about diversity and compassion k.
Encouraging baffled and deluded people to wander in the wilderness of their delusions , to cheer them on when they act like freaks in front of the rest of society is anything but compassionate.

Getting them necessary treatment to cure their mental abnormalities so that they may actually have a prayer of functioning as yes….”normal”, productive members of society …Now, that’s compassionate.

Let all the “allow men into women’s bathrooms” clan celebrate this sheer madness along with the decline of the American family, the astronomical rise in divorce rates, the rising number of children being born out of wedlock, AIDS, promiscuity, violence among teens, and all the other charming, pernicious influences brought to you by the 1960′s.

Let them ridicule the concept of strong family, with clear gender roles. One that possesses good family values.
You remember those. The kind of (ideally two parent) family that sustains its members, parents who demand respect from children…..yes..demand. Families which support and nourish those children and as a result uphold and buoy up all of society as well.

You’ll recognize them at first sight.
They’re the ones who put girls in pink..and yes………boys…..in blue.

Tech Lovers: LooK OuT

Monday, January 7th, 2008

Bill Gates kicks off the 2008 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas with a look at the latest innovations in sleek, beautiful “fashion computers.”

Fashionable PCs

Fashionable PCs?
O.K. This ones for me. Ha.

Oh. And this one too. Pink!

What’s your pleasure my friends?

From laptops to printers, to GPS devices and cell phones, who has the most “products” in your family?

Who’s the identified “go-to” person when you discover the deadly “virus”, or for programming DVRs, for recovering deleted files, for figuring out why the links in your sidebar make your posts go allllllllllllllll the way to the bottom of your blog? Heh. comp-support.gif

Are you the tech savvy guru of your house? comp-shut.gif

We have a lovable techie in our family.computerani-ddy.gif

Azza matter of fact, we have two. No make that one a half. Heh.hat.gif

We adore our “guru.”
That’s why we desperately try to understand his unique “relationship” with his computer. You could say he’s kinda defined by his computer.computeraniimbuddy.gif

Let’s be honest. Most of us have no earthly idea how a computer really works.
I sometimes think it’s magic, no , make that black magic. But ya see, the techie, he actually knows how a computer works: intimately.
His life is one long series of ones and zeros.

I learned its all about problem solving and discovery. His progress isn’t visible to the naked eye, in the way that a builder or electricians’ may be.
His is measured mentally.
It’s invisible in codes, algorithms, and the high of the mental victories when your’e the one who “figured it out.” Aha.

The only thing better for him than a computer is information ’bout a computer.

Hey, Remember……..in his world, the “answer” is always just one keystroke away. And at anytime, he is but one epiphany away from complete knowledge.

computersani.gif

Howbout some corny Pick Up Lines for Computer Geeks?

If you were an ISP, I’d dial you all day long!
I’d like to boot up your PC!
Your homepage or mine?

Or a profound quote perhaps?
“I would love to change the world, but they won’t give me the source code.” apple2.gif

Then again, for those like me, who still believe computers are really run by ‘magic’………. there’s always: “Alternative Uses for Laptops”. Heh.

Guess who’s issuing Death ThreatS Today?

Sunday, January 6th, 2008

THE Dutch were debating the limits of freedom of expression last week after an artist who photographed gay men wearing masks of the prophet Muh-am-mad was forced into hiding and her work removed from a museum exhibit.

Woman artist gets death threats over gay Mus-lim photos
She said that by photographing gay Iranian exiles in masks of Muh-ammad, the founder of Is-lam, and A-li, his son-in-law, she had wanted to expose a “hypocritical” attitude towards homosexuality in countries such as Iran, where men can be hanged for homosexual conduct.

“They condemn homosexuality but in countries like Iran or Saudi Arabia it is common for married men to maintain relations with other men,” said Hera. “Works of art can be provocative. It is not an artist’s job just to paint flowers. Art should shine a light on social issues.”

Ah yes. Guess who have their knickers in a twist again?blahani-uddy.gif

Yup my friends. Another installment from the world’s longest-running grievance theater. bloodiiiani.gif

The poor Muzlims with their being seen in such a “negative light” and all.
Funny how bloodbaths, issuing death threats, blowing up trains, bombing hotels, mutilating womens’ sex-ual organs, throwing people off of rooftops, beheading anyone who disagrees and waging jeeeeehad against the whole free world will do that.

I wonder what the Peace & Love people have to say bout this huh.hippie2.gif
Why can’t we just appease them, right?

After all my friends, appeasment, just like Socialism, has worked so swimmingly well everywhere else it has been tried. Not.

Where are the Libs and all the vacuous Hollyweird actors defending this “artist”?
We all know the answer to that.

Fascinating isn’t it how Leftards who regularly find the slightest fault in democratic Western societies compete with one another to provide glib and pat rationalizations for the cold blooded terrorist murderers of 9/11.

Shame on us Americans. We and our arrogant American global power deserved “payback”, and Muzlims who deliberately kill civilians are legitimate “combatants” with worthy and credible grievances.
Uh huh.

The diminished mental capacity of these libs is underwhelming to say the least. Nothing fails quite like failure eh.

Fighting tyranny and totalitarianism is a complex issue.
So let’s be honest. Libs are on the side of tyranny.
What passes for political courage in this country is revolting. Actors and other political idiots will bring thunder-and-lightning attention to their pathetic “cause” of the week, and the sheep all obligingly follow.

The Leftards view the First Amendment which privileges and values expression in and of itself, independently of any consequence the speech might have….but not when it comes to expression about Muzlims.

Then we find words like: “offensive”.
P-o-rnog-raphy, which systematically dehumanizes women, doesn’t “offend”.
Anti-semitism is not an affront.
Christian bashing doesn’t rub them the wrong way.

Quite the contrary.
Libs have their “special interest groups”; First Amendment heroes, who actually gain status by uttering the most despicable and vilest statements that can be imagined.

Thier “expressions” are designed to cause physical harm, embarrassment, and psychological damage to others, but no matter……….all of a sudden: That’s free speech.

Who will be championing the rights of this artist Soo-reh Hera?
Don’t hold your collective breaths my friends.

All the gutless wonders are hiding under the table, bent over with their tails between their legs, yet again……….cowering in the face of Izlam.

Hey Lefties, perhaps your should remember the words of Joan Rivers:
If God wanted us to bend over he’d put diamonds on the floor.

Falafel for Eskimos …yumma!

Thursday, January 3rd, 2008

That is no match for the challenge he took upon himself: selling falafel to the residents of Fairbanks, Alaska without ever cooking it before and in a place where most have never heard of the national Israeli food.

Think it’s impossible to sell ice to Eskimos? Try selling falafel in Alaska?
Although the resemblance to the original is evident, there is one big difference: Nadav’s $7 pita is stuffed with falafel, tehina, parsley and… lettuce. “Although I tell my customers that in Israel we prefer our falafel spicy and with pickles, the Alaskans’ craving for lettuce couldn’t be squashed.

Falafel. Mmmmmmmmmmmm.

What is it y’all say?

Falafel is made from chickpeas. Mixed usually with onion, parsley, cilantro, garlic, baking powder, salt, cumin and crushed red pepper.
You mix, and scoop rounded tablespoons of the falafel mixture into a hot oil and fry in small batches until browned and crisp, just about 2 minutes.

Dip in tahini and your’e done!

Don’t tell me you don’t know what tahini is. irked.gif

Dang. See my post bout hummus here. Heh. jester.gif

Street vendors and Israeli pizza shops in NYC tuck falafel into pita bread with chopped lettuce and tomato and plenty of tahini sauce.

Of course Israeli salad on the side is a must!
Nothin to it! flirt.gif

Grab a few large tomatoes, a few medium cucumbers, about 5 large lettuce leafs, 1sweet red pepper ,4-5 small radishes (if you like them…I don’t gasp.gif..ikkk)
Add 1/2 small onion.
Finely chop and cut all veggies into very very small pieces.

Don’t be lazy like me..heh..The size makes all the difference. Heh.
rule-book.gif

Dressing:
1/2 squeezed lemon
3-5 spoonfuls of olive oil…Add salt and pepper to taste~!

In Israel they have what we might call falafel buffets. You get a pita with a few falafel balls in it, and you get to load it up with all sorts of salads and cooked vegetables, hummus, pickles, dressing…….to your heart’s content.

Warning: Tehina sauce tends to um…dribble down your chin…….
wear a bib?

bibca.jpg

But….Whatever ya do..don’t order falafel in pita on a first date. Heh. food-smiley.gif
