Thousands of women from around the world are gathered in New York at the United Nations Headquarters for the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) in order to spend two weeks figuring out how to pay for so-called “gender equality.”

The agenda includes heaping blame on the U.S. for its supposed neglect of women’s issues.

Recently, however, fair journalists recognized that the United States has not received credit for the effective help over the past eight years in Africa.

We provided $55 million to African nations to improve legal rights for women, and we work to end violence against women in the form of honor crimes and abuse against displaced women. The U.S. has committed $15 billion in AIDS relief in more than 120 countries (especially Africa) and $500 million to combat the transmission of HIV/AIDS from mother to child.

Paying for “Gender Equality”
The United States has led 110 other nations in sponsoring efforts to facilitate women’s participation in political processes. We have given $400 million for educational opportunities in Africa to benefit 80 million children. In Afghanistan and Iraq, various initiatives at a cost of over $10 million have helped women gain the skills they need to participate in civic activities that build democracy and effectively empower women. In the fight against human trafficking, the U.S. has spent $280 million in 120 countries. These are just a few of the ways that our nation is helping women achieve their potential in realistic and effective ways. In contrast, the United Nations’ agenda for women hinges on universal access to abortion-on-demand.

In ALL Muzlim countries…Iran, Sawdi Arabia, Afghanistan etc etc etc, women are treated as sub-human, are lucky if they aren’t tortured or stoned in the name of upholding their twisted idea of family “honor”. They are punished for “inviting” gang rape and coerced into wearing black sacks that barely allow them vision for the times they are actually “permitted” to leave their house, accompanied by a male, of course.

Notice any UN or National Org. for Women or Hollywood stars protesting or wearing “ribbons” in solidarity with these women?
Didn’t think so.

Let’s not even get started on the Izlamofascist-Nazi dictatorships’ campaigns against contraception and ho-mo-se-xuals, shall we.

Is the world a better or worse place thanks to the the United States?
Don’t answer that.
It’s rhetorical.
Then again, -Anyone with half a mind already knows that.

Here’s a lil list of reasons to love our country, for those who have short fuses for a memory.

-Our Constitution.
-The concepts of free speech, privacy and religious freedom.
-Our prosperity, for which we are markedly unashamed.

-The rule of law. The right of victims to confront their accusers, the right to an attorney, the right to refuse admission to government officials entering your home or office. (Try that in a Muzlim country..Rrright.)

America is the most big-hearted Nation on earth, welcoming people from all over the world fleeing oppression,poverty, or just wanting a taste of what so many tragically take for granted every day of their free lives.

The concert, entitled “Live for Sderot”, which will include a performance by Israeli singer Ninet Tayeb and will be attended by Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, will also launch the celebrations of the State of Israel’s 60th anniversary in the city.

Guests of honor at this special concert will be a delegation of 10 teenagers from Sderot which were flown to visit Los Angeles and share their experiences of life in Sderot with local American youths.
Israeli Leadership Club (ILC) Chairman, Eli Tene, surprised each of the teens with $100 in spending money and a new iPod. The teens were also treated to a tour of the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame, as well as to dinner with Ninet Tayeb and Consul General of Israel in Los Angeles Jacob Dayan.

12 year old assaulted after being asked ‘are you Jewish’?

Schoolgirl Jasmine Kranat was attacked after catching a bus back home from her local Asda on a summer Saturday afternoon. The 12-year-old from North London was travelling with a friend. The two girls had bought ingredients to make smoothies for a sleepover.

They were talking when a group of nine black and Asian teenagers pushed next to them on the back seat and forced them into a corner. The girls were aggressively asked: “Are you Jewish?” Jasmine’s friend was wearing a crucifix – and was untouched during what followed.

Why are murderers always counted in the victims tally? The day after the mass murder of students at Northern Illinois University (NIU), the headline in the closest major newspaper, the Chicago Tribune, was: “6 Dead in NIU Shooting.”

“6 dead” included the murderer. Why wasn’t the headline “5 killed at NIU”?

To give a military analogy, can one imagine a headline like this in an American newspaper after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor: “2,464 Dead in Pearl Harbor Attack”? After all, 55 Japanese airmen and nine Japanese crewmen also died in the attack.

At the San Francisco Zoo, after a young man was mauled to death by a tiger that had escaped its confines, the administrators of the zoo even lumped a killed animal with its human victim: the Zoo set up a memorial to both the man and the tiger. And, unsurprisingly, given the egalitarianism that now also lumps human beings with animals, the tiger received more condolence messages than the human it killed.

Why are “shooter” and “gunman” used instead of “killer” or “murderer”?

Imagine for a moment that all the mass murderers at our universities were active Christians. Do you think that the press would at the very least note this? Of course it would, and it would be right to do so.

To nearly everyone in the media, the secularism of all the murderers is a non-sequitur. But if they were all active Christians, the same media people would hardly view that fact as insignificant and unrelated.

Whenever I hear the latest story of some husband or ex-boyfriend who slaughters his girlfriend or wife and then turns his weapon on himself……..I ask the same question:
Why is it they always get the order wrong? Suicide first, – then murder.

I save a special place in my heart for victims, not the same as their murderers (as tragic as their deaths may be).

Many students including this murderer should have been screened as a danger to himself and others and not even “mainstreamed” onto a college campus.
Both the Virginia Tech “murderer” and the NIU “murderer” had a documented history of severe mental illness.

Officials did not release what kind of medication Kazmierczak was taking, but said his behavior, according to those who knew him, had become ‘erratic’ in the last couple weeks. Kazmierczak was treated for mental illness nine years ago.

He was considered volatile, according to a staff member who worked a at the facility at the time, and violent if he stopped taking the antidepressant and anti-anxiety pills prescribed for him, medication he was supposed to still be taking and apparently stopped a couple of weeks ago.

His behavior, according to those who knew him, had become ‘erratic’ in the last couple weeks, and this wasn’t reported to any authorities – Why.

If he was sick enough to require meds that made him “volatile” when not taking them…….He is a danger to society. But somehow, according to Leftards, Muzlims’ feeeeeelings and this murderer’s privacy trumps our security.

New York City, is, (thanks to Liberals and their refusal to institutionalize people who are a danger to themselves) – overrun with these people many of which are counted among the homeless.

Oh of course the innocent, peace luvin Libs, are yet again leading with their (alleged) hearts and not with their heads while the families of the students gunned down in cold blood have to pay the price for their …ahem……”compassion”.

Wilders echoes some of the arguments against multiculturalism that have convulsed Germany in recent years. Like many on the traditional German right, he wants the European Judaeo-Christian tradition to be formally recognised as the dominating culture, or Leitkultur. ‘There is no equality between our culture and the retarded Isl-amic culture. Look at their views on homosexuality or women,’ he says.

The Dutch government is planning emergency evacuation of its nationals and diplomats from the Middle East should the Wilders film be shown. It is alarmed about the impact on Dutch business. ‘Our Prime Minister is a big coward. The government is weak,’ says Wilders.

For more than three years, Wilders has been paying for his ‘honesty’ by living under permanent police guard as the internet bristles with threats on his life. There is little doubt that if Wilders’s film exists – and it’s shrouded in secrecy – and is broadcast, it will be construed as blasphemy in large parts of the world and may spark a new bloody crisis in relations between the West and the Muslim world.

He does not seem to care. ‘People ask why don’t you moderate your voice and not make this movie. If I do that and not say what I think, then the extremists who threaten me would win.’
