Israeli missile strike hits Reuters vehicle, Pal-estinian witnesses say
Ha-mas militant killed
2 journalists reportedly wounded in Gaza blast
“During the raid early Sunday, aircraft repeatedly fired missiles into fields where Palestinian militants were gathering on the edge of Sha-jaiyeh, killing a Ha-mas militant, rescue officials said.”
O.K. children, one more time.
The area was an active battlefield.
What part of active battlefield do the Reuters ahem..”journalists” not quite get?
Driving around a war zone at night? ![]()
As tragic as this is, the ahem..propagandists, “reporters” had no business being there. Period.
Three Ha-mas militants attacked soldiers from the same spot only 10 minutes after the air strike. 10 minutes.
Were the journalists sippin tea with them prior to the incident?
Not meaning to trivialize the suffering of innocents, but let us wait for those annoying little things known as “facts” to emerge this time eh?
Then again, perhaps they simply crashed their car. This is Reuters wer’e talking about after all.
Are we still calling Reuters’ employees “journalists” by the way? ![]()

Angel, you are asking reporters to wait for the “facts!” Hon, I love you, but think about it: Many reporters don’t even use the “facts” these days, they make them up out of whole cloth! When they do use facts, they use the ones they want to use and discard anything that doesn’t comply with their political agenda.

One question: how did they get permission to go into that area? My suspicion is that Hamas gave it to them, and the fact that they were unaccompanied means that Hamas trusted them an awful lot. Who does Hamas trust? People who consistently tell their side of the story. Until more facts come in, that’s my working hypothesis. Any one want to wager that I’m right?
