U.N. AbuserS

“FOR years the United Nations attempted to cover up perverted and outrageous behaviour by uniformed and civilian personnel who have served in East Timor since 1999.
But as a new wave of more than 2000 UN-employed police and staff prepare to travel to the capital Dili, Sukehiro Hasegawa, the top UN official in East Timor, has acknowledged for the first time that the UN system failed to bring anyone to justice for crimes that included sex abuse of children and bestiality..
UN acts to stamp out sex abuse by staff in East Timor continues….
The report revealed that peacekeepers left behind at least 20 babies they had fathered to Timorese women who are now stigmatised and in some cases ostracised by their communities.
It revealed that one UN peacekeeper from an unnamed country sexually abused two boys and two girls in the enclave of Oecussi, and in 2001, two Jord-anian soldiers were evacuated home with injured pen-ises after attempting sexual inter-course with goats.”
Ah yes.
We all know that the definition of sexuality has become so malleable that even homo-sexual views on gender identity have reached the point where they can claim that the exceptions overwhelm the rule.
For a quick primer on Freud’s take of this issue.
The classical Freudian model defines “normal” as behavior which remains within a chronological framework. In other words, what is age approriate.
If you miss out on a developmental phase or simply fail to move on from one, or try to skip one, you are then prone to “fixation” and “perversion” or even in some cases to psychosis.
Perversion has been called “pseudo-maturity”.
In other words,
A “pervert” in the psychological sense gains sexual gratification from a “substitute” object because he is afraid of the “appropriate”, mature one.
Traditionally, we had names for these people:
immoral, sick ,degenerate.
It may also be worth noting that traditional, biblical views condemned all types of sexual activity that did not occur between a married man and woman.
Furthermore, one of the ultimate purposes of sexual activity was procreation.
It was also universally understood and accepted that due to man’s biological nature, he had more of a propensity for “objectifying” or fetishizing.
Meaning - reducing one’s appreciation of another to anatomy only, whereas women, due to their biological and emotional nature, always displayed a strong desire for relationship, and constancy along with sexual intimacy.
Throughout the history of civilization men have been less suppressive of their sex drive than women..including acting on their sexual impulses to a much larger degree, with little or no emotional investment whatsoever.
In our pseuso-sophisticated world, we ache for terminology that is not condemnatory.
Words like “immoral” make us uncomfortable.
So we choose medical terms…and label most acts as a result of some form of “illness” instead.
Does this mean we must keep all UN “peacekeepers” away from all children and animals?
One thing is abudantly clear.
Men who sexually abuse children or animals are extremely damaged people.
Were they ALL abused themselves at one time?
Were they ALL so grossly neglected, that their ability for decent and compassionate interactions with people became so irreparably damaged?
We know pedophiles have serious problems being intimate with other adults, and thus choose children to relate to.
So, who are these UN “peacekeepers” whose fantasies, sexual urges and behaviors are so perverse ?
And what praytell is the criteria to become one?
Rape, sexual coercion, bestiality, pedophilia.
All in a day’s work for a UN …”peacekeeper”.

“It may also be worth noting that traditional, biblical views condemned all types of sexual activity that did not occur between a married man and woman.”
To be picky (Don’t you just hate that?) An error in this paragraph is the use of the past tense of the word condemned - the Bible’s admonition doesn’t support past tense when speaking of morality. In short -it “condemns.”

Sick.
And an ongoing problem.
W/pedophiles, I don’t really care about their childhoods. They may have been abused, but that doesn’t change the fact they are dangerous, predatory animals. And you know how you fix those…

Exceedingly good point, jimmyb. Short of the obvious fix, I do have a nice old rpair of big, rusty wire cutters…

Yep. It’s truly scary what’s out there right now. BTW, I agree that there’s no excuse for pedophilia, no matter what childhood horrors ocurred.
I like the rusty wire cutter idea. Make sure they’re dull, too.

I used to work with a guy who was in the British Marines, who immigrated to the US. He was ordered to do a tour with the UN, and HATED every minute of being associated with them!

UnUnited Nations: What’s the point?…
On paper, the concept of the United Nations seems wonderful: a league of countries, meeting together regularly, to work out and moderate disputes between it’s member nations. On the UN web page, for example, it says that:The United Nations is…
