UNITED NATIONS (AP) — The U.N. Security Council should congratulate North Korea for its nuclear test instead of passing “useless” resolutions or statements, North Korea’s U.N. ambassador said Monday.

Why that’s a grand idea.
This coming from a people who starved 2 million of their own people to death.
Allow every insane regime to build nukes and play with , test them with impunity. Brilliant.
We know that appeasement, diplomacy and deterrent have little or no efficacy on regimes like Iran or North Korea. Yea, it went over REAL well with Clinton, (who ahem…gave nuclear technology to North Korea on the promise that they would “play nice”).. and Dhimmi Carter ..didn’t it?
But fret not, the U.N. will smile and wave, and we may even threaten to “take his toy” away and give him a “time out.” 
It is apparent that China and Russia are actively supporting the proliferation of nuclear weapons…but..
Out of the nearly 200 countries in the world, you can bet whatever “fallout” comes from this latest develepment will no doubt be the U.S.’s fault.
