Toss some Hummus and pickles on the side…and mmmmmmmmmm..Heaven on Earth~!
Roll up yer sleeves…………Grab a couple of lbs. of dark chicken cutlets, and cut them into smaller pieces.
Ok..You got the tough part over with.
Now for the marinade ….
You shall need:
-1/2 cup olive oil
-1/2 tsp turmeric (that cool yellow stuff)
-Toss in about ¼ tsp cumin if ya like spicey….woooooooo.
1/2 tsp onion powder
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/4 tsp ginger
-a splash of salt (always optional)
Now all ya gotta do is:
Mix the oil with spices.
You can put the mishmash and the cutlets in a ziploc if you like…
Marinate for 1 hour in the fridge if ya wanna the flavah to ‘pop’.
You can bake them at 425 for 15-20 minutes,
or if you prefer…toss them onna grill for about 10 minutes ..and Wala!
Add some fries………ahhhhhhh.
Toss it all into a pita if you please …grab your favorite wine……….
Dig in and forget your woes.
They will be there waitin for you tomorrow.
