Police ban Bible from Christian café

Police in Lancashire have told the owner of a Christian café to stop displaying Bible texts on a video screen, because it breaches public order laws.

Officers attended the Salt & Light Coffee House on Layton Road, Blackpool, on Monday 19 September, following a complaint about “insulting” and “homophobic” material.

This, mind you is the very same country allows IzlamoNazis to demonstrate and curse at soldiers returning from Afghanistan.
Who give them permits and protection to scream their vile abuse and burn British, American and Israeli flags,

But Heaven help a Christian from politely displaying his Bible verses on a television screen – in a Christian cafe.

What was so called “offensive”?

The moral position against sod-omy is now offensive, and clearly ILLEGAL.
The term “homophobic” or Izlamphobic for that matter, will usher you right into your seat in the Handbasket (on the way to H_ll), If there are even any seats left by the time the PC Police are through with us.devil2

Oh, but hold on.

What if it was a Muzzlim cafe and the Kooran was bein displayed along with images of ALL the hom-0se-xuals they have hanged lately?

What would the PC Police do then…Hmmmmmm.face-ani2

They say the all-mighty secular Society has changed and now certain Bible passages are deemed politically “contentious”.
Do they deem hate filled verses calling for the killing of ALL infidels in the Kooran “contentious”?
Don’t answer that.irked

If a Christian complained about being “offended” by a sod-omite, or by a Muzlim who preaches that Jews and Christians are no more than an ape or pig….Do you think they would close down bath houses, gay bars, or mosques where that is preached ?
Don’t answer that.mad4

Welcome to the BRAVE NEW WORLD Sweet Friends.

If your’e Jewish or Christian………it’s open season on y’all.christian-anier

Do not go down swinging.
Do not go down at all.

I will never submit to those heathens. Never. You can bank on that. What an awful thing to happen in a christian cafe. What is happening to us? It’s frightening.

Have a terrific day. Big hug and keep up the great work. :)

  2. Ron R says:

Nothing surprises me anymore. At Vanderbilt, they are trying to stifle the various Christian clubs on Campus, because those organizations require their leaders to be christians. I would ask if it would be possible for a Jew to be president of the Islamic Students Society.

  3. Quite Rightly says:

Yeah, that quiet little cafe looks real disorderly, and those Islamo-fascist riots look real orderly.

I wonder what the penalty for sanity is going to be?

  4. Bunni says:

This is absolutely horrible. There really is NO HOPE left for England. I hope we can stop this before they start doing it in America.

  5. Z says:

And the people aren’t up at arms over this in Britain? Well, would WE? I don’t see us fighting back too hard, either.
Yes, those were the days when Jews and Christians, the ENORMOUS majority, had any sensitivity shown to them; it’s going to get tougher and tougher, too.

  6. Katie says:

The owners of the cafe should keep playing the scriptures. Let the cops arrest them, put them on trial, send them to jail. Prove to the world that Islam is their national religion.

  7. Bob Mack says:

There was once a time when Americans would’ve taken up arms against this kind of tyranny.

Britain needs some bitter clinger Tea Party raaaaaaacists.

England seems to be losing the battle for freedom on many fronts.

  14. slamdunk says:

Now that is wise use of law enforcement resources.

Glad we live in a free country (well most of the time).

  15. Brooke says:

I don’t want to live on this planet anymore.

This is so absurd, I would think it a Twilight Zone episode!

  16. Leticia says:

We answer to God not man and if we offend, then so be it. I suppose I would be getting arrested in Great Britain, because I would never be silent about my faith and My precious Savior, Jesus Christ.

  17. eots says:

I suppose they don’t really have free speech in Europe the way it’s understood here. How sad. And yes, compare this to the kid glove treatment of Islamoloonies.

Britain is just circling the great porcelain bowl of history …. too bad really …. but nobody forced them jump in and pull the chain

There is no longer reason to worry about our British friends. They have gone over the top and adopted the dark side of anti-Christianity for no reason other than some people don’t like Christians. Never mind that the entire world owes Christianity for the centuries of open minded people who established the systems recognizing the rights we all enjoy.

Now, both Britain and Australia have implemented laws against speech that might offend someone. All this is the result of our left-leaning friends who truly do not understand freedom, and are hell-bound to eliminate individual freedoms even it they are victims of their own actions.

    Times are troublesome and dangerous.

  21. Ricky Vines says:

The public square should be open to the public – with every view albeit religous or irreligious. Since when has that place been reserved for non-believers only.

  22. MK says:

That is unfortunately how things roll in Britain, the authorities and the ruling class are determined to hand over their culture to anyone and anything that’s not related to Christianity. It’s a terrible shame.
