WASHINGTON - An Is–lamic civil rights group said Monday that a columnist who criticized Rep.-elect Keith Elli-son’s decision to use the Qu–ran during his ceremonial swearing-in should be removed from the United States Holocaust Memorial Council.

The Council on A-merican-I–slamic Relations said the comments by Dennis Prager, a columnist and conservative talk radio host, displayed an intolerance toward Is–lam that make him an inappropriate person to serve on the council.
Holocaust?..What Holocaust?

In his column last week, Prager wrote: “Insofar as a member of Congress taking an oath to serve America and uphold its values is concerned, America is interested in only one book, the Bible. If you are incapable of taking an oath on that book, don’t serve in Congress.”
Amen Dennis.
But here’s the kicker. Harsh words tossed from none other than the Haters themselves:
“No one who holds such bigoted, intolerant and divisive views should be in a policymaking position at a taxpayer-funded institution that seeks to educate Americans about the destructive impact hatred has had, and continues to have, on every society,” CA–IR’s executive director, Nih–ad Aw–ad, wrote in a letter to the council’s chairman, Fred Zeidman.
“bigoted, intolerant and divisive views”?…
OMG.
Mr. CA-IR, Ka’ah’Boom AL Kilya , who respresents the most rabid anti-semites and Anti Americans in the free world is accusing others of bigotry and intolerance?…O gosh that’s laughing out loud funny. 
Yea. CA-IR representing the religion where conversions are done at the end of a gun or upon pain of death. How’s that for um..”intolerance” folks? 
Maybe they should stick to what they’re good at: Defending terrorists.

Yea Elli-son , you can swear on the Ko-ran or a Popeye comic book the day that the A-rab, Jew Hating , sha–ria dominated countries allow Christians and Jews to swear in on our Holy Bible. Hows that dealio?
Or maybe even allow Jews to live?..oh wait..that’s pushing it a tad I know.
Or how bout outlaw honor killings of girls, women , most especially rape victims? Naw. No comment from CA-IR bout that, right. 
Yea Elli-son, swear on the book that calls Jews & Christians “decendants of apes & pigs.” Charmingly open minded aren’t we?
And when in the blazes did we invite the terrorists of CA-IR to propose, recommend or veto any organizations’ members or hiring practices, for that matter.
Noooooooooo free speech according to CA-IR or Muzlims, as long as anyone else is doin the talking, or the cartoon drawing right ?
Don’t agree with Dennis?…Demand he be fired!
While he’s at it, let Elli-son bring in a copy of Mein Kampf and swear on that too…wonder if the CA-IR Bears would object to that?

Angel, this one is almost unbelievable. Why would a anyone even care WHAT CAIR wants, much less when it has to do with the holocaust? Next they’ll say, “We at CAIR think it’s racist that Temple’s don’t let muslims pray in them.”

Great post..isn’t it amazing that CAIR is constantly using the word ‘bigot’ to describe ANYONE who dares to challenge them.
CAIR stands for bigotry. It is a terrorist front organization and should be shut down.
Even if you disagree with Dennis Prager, which I don’t, you should be offended by CAIR’s accusation of bigotry. In this country we are allowed to express our opinions.
CAIR uses tactics to silence critics that the Nazis would be proud of.

i am beginning to really get depressed…
today, i encountered some, who actually have no clue about the threats posed by the Islamic Radical Militants.
they were so filled with bigotry and hatred for Conservatives, they are clearly have no time - room in the mind - for anything else.
and yet, i stumble onto some Conservatives who are so strident, they seem eager to empower the liberal folly, because they simply cannot accept anything but perfection from those serving their own interests.

I disagree with Dennis Prager as he contradicts the idea of religious freedom. That doesn’t mean there is a reason to violate his freedom of speech by stopping him from serving on the Holocaust Council.

I am mostly concerned with the fact that the swearing in of our new Congress doesn’t call for the use of any “holy” book until the photo op. The real oath is taken leaning on nothing, but we take photos for the next election leaning on the Bible?

I disagree with Dennis Prager as he contradicts the idea of religious freedom.
If you actually listen to what motivates his thoughts on this, there is no contradiction. His argument isn’t the argument that the liberals and multiculturalists and race-mongers want to make it out to be.
He’s been on a tear in his daily radio program everyday since his article came out. He’s got an updated column that went out today.
