I miss my dad. His birthday is June 19th (1911), and every few years Dad’s birthday and Fathers Day coincided.

  2. Joe says:

Memorable line: “Go get my strap.” I didn’t hear it but a few times, but I never forgot it either. heh heh

That line and what it meant is why I grew up to be a rather decent man! It is also what is sadly lacking these days!!!!!

  3. Findalis says:

Memorable line: “Get away kid, I’m hung.” Actually that was never said to me. But it is a funny line.

Daddy always said one thing to me: “I Love You!” 3 great words to live by.

  4. KarL MMMMM says:

I was raised by my grandfather. He taught me what it meant to be a man, to have honor and integrity, and to respect traditional values. A belated happy father’s day to all the dads here. I hope that you had a great one.
