German Judge Condemned for Citing Qur–an
BERLIN — Politicians and Mus–lim leaders denounced a German judge for citing the Qur–an in her rejection of a Mus–lim woman’s request for a quick divorce on grounds she was abused by her husband.
Judge Chri—sta Datz-Win–ter said in a recommendation earlier this year that both partners came from a “Moroccan cultural environment in which it is not uncommon for a man to exert a right of corporal punishment over his wife,” according to the court. The woman is a German of Moroccan descent married to a Moroccan citizen.
After all, so what if he beats and pummels his wife.
If the Ko-ran says it’s kewl, who are we to judge eh.
You know……..you say “to-may-toe,” I say “to-mah-toe”……right?
I think wer’e all suffering from Muzlim Sympathy Fatigue.

Outlandish! I read somewhere that the Judge in question had a frightening incident in her courtroom some years ago. She ruled for the wife in a divorce case and the husband shot up her courtroom. She escaped injury by hiding underneath something. Hmm.. is she to skitish to be a fair judge now?
