Congressman meets with families of kidnapped soldiers
Families of Israel’s kidnapped and MIA soldiers were presented on Wednesday with the US Congressional Resolution demanding the release of their sons.
The families of Gilad Shalit, Eldad Regev and Ehud Goldwasser as well as families of other Israeli MIA soldiers met in Tel Aviv with the author of the resolution, Representative Gary Ackerman, who serves as chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on the Middle East and South Asia..
Before presenting the resolution Ackerman said: “Their captors have sought to turn these three men into something they are not: bargaining chips, pawns, a kind of political chattel, things that can be swapped for favors, or sacrificed on a whim. These three men are not things. They are human beings. They have names, and they have families.
They have rights as captured soldiers, and they have rights as individuals. They also have rights under international law,” said Ackerman before presenting the resolution.
‘You cannot disgrace someone incapable of shame’
“This kind of brutality and malice is, unfortunately, typical of these organizations, and of their state-sponsors, Syria and Iran. Syria is a thuggish dictatorship which believes its appetite for the Golan Heights legitimizes any crime, or any cruelty. We can not compel such parties to release Gilad, Ehud and Eldad any more than we can force them to understand the difference between right and wrong.
Perhaps in light of this..we should re-acquaint the Traitor SOTH Peloopsi with the definition of Loyalty eh.

Faithfulness or devotion to a person, a cause, obligations, or duties: allegiance, constancy, faithfulness, fealty, fidelity, steadfastness.
Obviously to some onna Left, the psychological processes behind national loyalty are still ill understood.
Lefties suffer from a disorder which in which they are extremely loyal most especially to their enemies, even in the face of evidence that loyalty is wholly undeserved.
A bizarre bonding seems to occur between them and those who wish their demise.
No matter that they give up their dignity, integrity, and “self.”
These Rad Lefties identify themselves, through their grand gestures and overtures of unquestioning loyalty…but always to the wrong team.
Their inherent value resides in these magical gestures and overtures they inevitably extend to the enemy.
It is somewhat comparable to the choice to be loyal to an overtly abusive and dysfunctional husband, wife or friend. ..no matter what the cost to “self”.
Like those trapped in that cycle, Lib traitors will sacrifice dignity and self-respect, and remain spellbound in a cycle of passive and passive-aggressive actions, for their unswerving allegiance to their only “coping mechanism”: misplaced loyalty.

A very famous bargaining tactic comes to mind……..
Well, when Johnny was first starting out, he was signed to this personal service contract;
with a big band leader. And as his career got better and better, he wanted to get out of it.
Now, Johnny is my father’s godson. And my father went to see this band leader, and he
offered him $10,000 to let Johnny go. But the band leader said no.
So the next day, my father went to see him; only this time with Luca Brasi. And within an hour, he signed a release, for a certified check for $1,000…
I really miss Uncle Vito….i have a feeling the soldiers would have been home long ago if he gave this one to…..CLEMENZA.

This has to be a lame duck session. A President who will not be running for re-election nor will his VP. The President’s published approval rating for what it’s worth is in the tank. the latest Congress approval rating is 40%, also in the tank Everything about politics is in the tank.
We should use all these tanks to go flatten some of the trouble makers and get things straightened out for a change.

Good to see this indeed. These families have suffered greatly I’m sure.
I think Pelossi visited with some of the families too, but who knows the motive for it…

Pelosi is so far in over her head that standing on a chair wouldn’t help. She has that lust for power that brings ruin to so many. But, don’t hold your breath, wheels of justice are slow and all that.

Ackerman’s comment is the best that I’ve heard in a long time;
“We cannot compel such parties to release Gilad, Ehud and Eldad any more than we can force them to understand the difference between right and wrong.”
Compare that to Pelosi’s homage to the Syrian terrorist sponsoring dictatorship, who if they wanted to could convince Hezbollah to release their hostages;
“The road to Damascus is a road to peace”
