Israel passed its first resolution at the U.N.!

Israel has successfully passed its first resolution ever at the United Nations – albeit one having nothing to do with politics or the Israeli-Arab conflict.
The resolution encourages able nations of the world to develop farming technology for developing countries.
Israel Celebrates Passage of its First UN Resolution

..-Included in the 29 abstentions were South Africa and 19 Arab states present,
…-Iran did not take part in the vote.
The abstentions came from..
Algeria, Bahrain, Brunei, Darussalam, Djibouti, Egypt, Indonesia, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Lesotho, Libya, Malaysia, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Swaziland, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Welcome to Bizarro World my sweet friends.

The flippin U.N. is an enema of the State.
Nothing but a gang of cut-throats, dictators, terrorists, and oh, and don’t forget the ole global-socialists.

But they’re so fair to Israel. Look, they passed an Israeli resolution…woohooo!..about………farming. LOL

The “Old McDonald” Resolution passed…well I’ll be!..They love Israel now.booyah.gif

Look Under: “Agricultural technology for development ” if you want to see the resolution

Inna mean time….
Omelet, and Livni were busy kissin n huggin Condi at Annapolis while they manage to get Israel’s name on a some innocuous piece of UN debris which the Muzlims either flat out reject, or ..ahem… abstain from. Woohooo!

Wouldn’t it be the ultimate fantasy if for once Israel would practice a little realpolitik and show the U.N. hooligans what “disproportionate response” really looks like.

I’ll take a front row seat in the General Assembly for that one mates.

As far as all the A-rab accusations in the filthy U.N. about the “illegality” of Israel owning Land and building on her own “settlements”….Let’s review shall we:

Israel won ALL the land of the West Bank, Gaza, the Golan, and the Sinai, in fair defensive blows and struggles from A-rab genocidal enemies all around her.

There are 22 A-rab countries, and not one single one has attempted to um… “absorb” their “Pa-lestinian” “brothers.”

The pseudo people known as the “Pal-estinians,” are the trespassers who should legally be expelled with their goats and camels in tow.

After the 1967 war, Muzlim leaders asked Moshe Dayan if they should just leave.

This is what he said:

There is only one way now, only one way. Never mind what is going on around us. It is for Jews and Arabs to live together, side by side in Jerusalem, in Gaza, in Hebron, in the West Bank, and the Jordan Valley.

No good deed goes unpunished eh.

That’s cool..In the 70′s the ole U.N. was busy cheerin keffi-ah wearing Yassar Arafat in the General Assembly.

Right. He was only supposed to kill Joooooooos.
Well guess what…… Fast foward 30 years , and U.N. staff are being blown up.
Nice goin Jew haters.

And how bout South Africa eh.
For them to abstain from a resolution in which Africa would be a main beneficiary, is nothing short of reprehensible.
Does it get more disingenous than that? (don’t answer that..heh)

I do have one question though.
What exactly do the A-rab nations have against aiding developing, third-world countries and farmers?

Is “farming” offensive to Izlam too? farmerani-uddy.gif
Or is it just um……..the “Israel” thang …again? israel-ani.gif
Just askin.

well ya know, angel, they all HATE the fact that israel took this – seemingly – god forsaken land and turned it into an oasis. amazing what you can do when you are on the side of good and not evil. what have the ARABS ever done for good with any money they’ve received? anything? i got nothing.

  2. Rastaman says:

I read that story in the news. It’s pretty humorous. The Israelis proffered that resolution to share farming technology in order to share their own, which is probably the most advanced in the world. So all those UN nogoodniks blinked and went OH, OKAY.

Let them tender a resolution that involves their keeping something, anything, let alone actually gaining anything, and it always gets turned down. The UN is a haven for backward nations and sociopathic rulers, and I fail to understand why decent people continue to act as if it had purpose or validity.

As has been said so many times: Arabs never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity. Now the South Africans have joined in the miss.

    Idiots, all!

  4. middleclassguy says:

Israel is trying to share modern technology in a world that resists anything that is not from the Middle Ages. The African countries do not want any improvements. Technology means wealth creation which leads to political activism. Better to starve the populace. As to the AAAArab countries, we all know they are regressing to the Tenth Century. The only thing they want to produce are rocks; to stone people with.

  5. Paul Champagne says:

Israel took some of the most inhospitable land in the world and terra-formed it into farm land. The Arab countries as well as those in Africa desperatetly need this technology. If the vote hadn’t already been assured, you would have seen every single one of those countries voting yes. Since they knew it was going to pass anyway … they got to flip off Israel by voting present … Not only are they stuck in the Dark Ages … they are stuck in a high school mindset.

Why does the UN still exist ?

  7. Offendedblogger says:

The UN is a global mafia who openly hates western culture so this is a joke.

Israel is soooo patient. I can’t imagine how this makes the Israeli people feel, other than, well, for lack of a better word, offended.

I hate to admit this, but sometimes I wish Israel would just say to hell with what the world thinks and clean house over there. Talk about farmland for days after they cleared the mess up!! :)

Is that bad of me or what??

  8. Ogre says:

Indeed, the UN is a total joke. They’re about taking money from the US, primarily. I’m still amazed they allowed Israel to get ANY vote through!

Good grief, how insane is that?! The nations who need it the most abstain, simply because it was Israel.

What’s the point in trying to help!

    Ronald McDonald resolution lol

Oh girl you crack me up sometimes.

    The United Nations UGH!

    I guess it’s a start.

  13. carl r says:

This was interesting; I hadn’t heard about that resolution. Thanks for posting.

Interesting, also, that among the abstentions are countries like Zimbabwe, which is in the middle of a famine caused by self-destructive government policies regarding land distribution, and Jordan and Syria, which would seem to be logical partners for Israel in farm and water research.

    Food for thought.

  14. Faultline USA says:

Interesting news. The U.N. is worthless and should be abolished!

  15. Joe Gringo says:

Every great journey starts with a small step I guess……the enxt mantra……behead those who farm!

  16. MK says:

Don’t forget some of the countries that abstained were from Africa, like Zambia, Morocco, Niger, Tunisia. I mean don’t they like food or something. You can understand Zimbabwe, that scumbag Mugabe will only hear about methods to screw over the country more, if that’s possible, never anything to actually feed the people he is supposed to be caring for.

It’s also a wonder that Zimbabwe are even allowed to sit in that Assembly. And i wonder how many socialist paradises around the globe have contributed to the farming methods of developing countries, oh that’s right, the communal pot, that’s been failing since 1622.

I wish that I could say that all the people who dislike Israel aren’t anti-Semetic, but I think they are. Of all the countries in the world, how it’s Israel that always gets critizied?
