Come to think of it, neither is that cake.
If it weren’t for the fact that the TV set and the refrigerator are so far apart, some of us wouldn’t get any exercise at all.
Joey Adams
The word aerobics came about when the gym instructors got together and said, “If we’re going to charge $10 an hour, we can’t call it jumping up and down.”
Rita Rudner
I have to exercise in the morning before my brain figures out what I’m doing.

I really don’t think I need buns of steel. I’d be happy with buns of cinnamon.
Ellen DeGeneres
Exercise is a dirty word. Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate.
I’m a sports nut but I sure have had my share of injuries. Sigh.

Contract Problems…
A no-kill pet shelter takes its responsibility very seriously, and if you take home one of their residents, you have to sign a contract. Now, it is fairly obvious that Bruce would rather shoot himself in the foot than harm……

Definitely move Angel, couldn’t sit still for too long, like walking, easy, few injuries and gives you time to reflect on life and things that are important.

I was planning on exercising today, Angel. I think you might have talked me out of it! LOL!
No… I’ll take it in little baby-steps. I didn’t exercise for three weeks because I had company. (Hey! It’s better than no excuse at all!) So today I’ll walk my Labrador Retriever. This sounds pretty easy, but she’s a HUGE dog. She ways 135 pounds and is all muscle. She doesn’t mind the leash very well, and anyone who doesn’t think playing tug of war with a large Lab hasn’t tried it. If she spots a rabbit or a squirrel running across the field, I’m done for!

I would say that part of the problem is people not knowing themselves and their limits. Most people I know who have received exercise-related injuries have gotten them from going overboard with what they’re doing. One thing I really liked about the military was that we were taught to understand our limits and not hurt ourselves. I didn’t know very many people when I was in the service who hurt themselves while exercising. People need to find their limit and learn how to work right up to it without hurting themselves.
