Don’t Have a Cow!..then again…

DO not adjust your screen sweet friends.

This is FOR REAL.

An Israel-Hamas truce has boiled down to a simple trade-off: For a day of calm, Israel adds five truckloads of cows and more than 200 tonnes of cement to the barest basics it ships to Gaza, but rocket fire from the territory reseals the border for a day.
Israel, Hamas trade cows for calm
Hamas has not reined in all militants, particularly those from rival groups, and the Israeli army says 15 rockets and mortars have been fired since the truce took effect June 19.

So instead of blowin Ham-ASS to smithereens, Israel is supplyin cows to placate them.
I see.

Well, here’s mah cow fantasy to the cow luvin terrorists:

Oh terrorist terrorist
because you persist,
with a clenched fist
we offer this “gift”.

Do not be fooled by their features.
Cows can be quite scary creatures.

Terrorists have no fear
it’s the same ole moooooooo year afta year

These cows will munch and doze, and doze and munch
On terrorists they will breakfast and lunch.
mad-smile.gif

Israel has given you a gift which you can treasure
And no doubt, besides your camel, will give you untold pleasure.

Beware filthy terrorists
who just can’t coexist dunce9.gif

The cows will eat more and more, and grow fatter and fatter
Till one day they will explode just like you, with a bang, splat, and a splatter.

One minute you’ll be there,
The next you’ll be gone.
The coroner’s verdict:
A cow suicide bomb.

Until Olmert and Kadima are out of office you will see more and more of this. They are trying for the Dhimmi of the Year award.

  2. akaGaGa says:

Aw, c’mon. This sounds to me like a mother dealing with a recalcitrant two-year-old.

Choice A: good behavior gets ice cream (which comes from cows)

Choice B: bad behavior gets no ice cream

I think they might be on to something. :)

  3. Perri Nelson says:

Very creative. I love it when you wax poetic. :-)

  4. KKarLmM says:

Where is the cows say in all this..Jumping over the moon i can understand, but having to spent even one minute alone with a tightly wrapped turban Moooooooooooooooooooooozie is a bit unfair…..PETA, are you out there!!!

  5. dapoppins says:

Oh, a poem! How delightful. But, I wish I wasn’t about giving the terrorists what they want.

  6. Sam says:

I prefer to give some credit to the Israeli government; they know this is utterly BS … but they must placate the western governments, allowing others to see Israel as “reasonable,” and making an honest attempt to solve difficulties.

I believe the Israelis know full well that the Arabs are incapable of honesty, and when the Arabs continue to behave like … well, Arabs, it only reinforces arabesque humana — and by this I mean, they are barbarians and everyone knows this. Well, I mean everyone knows except the Arabs themselves, who appear incapable of humanity. These men without balls prefer killing children and defenseless women, beheading journalists, sending rockets into neighborhoods.

If I was the Israeli minister of cows, I’d feed the cows C-4 so that when traded to the Arabs, each cow-fart would be lethal. Ha!

    HAM-ASS…HA :)

    ===============

Yes, most of the government knows its BS but placating foreign governments is a waste of time. Those who hate Israel will hate her no matter what. Even if the Arabs get their wish and drive the Jews into the sea, some in this wierd world will still find something to blame the Jews on (if we’re the “Chosen People” I say we were chosen as the World’s Favorite Scapegoat…)

Israel needs to follow through with Sharon’s original disengagement plan which called for leaving all of Gaza and then hitting it hard if any group dare attack.

Israel left all of Gaza several years ago, and I mean LEFT IT! All the troops were moved out, and all the citizens FORCED OUT (talking soldiers and police dragging them kicking and screaming). Even the Jewish graves were dug up and moved. Before leaving some naive citizens (I hate the term ‘settler’, Gaza was part of Israel, what makes them settlers?) decided to leave MILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF STATE OF THE ART GREENHOUSES. The thinking was that if these were left then the Arabs would have a means of work and production and this in turn would reduce violence. Of course, lack of work and/or land has NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS CONFLICT (proof:every time Arabs gain land, more Jews die), THE ARABS DESTROYED MANY MILLIONS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF EQUIPMENT IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS.

Israel essentially handed Hamas a STATE! A country they had no right and no claim to as Gaza has never been part of any Palestinian state in the history of this planet (neither has any of Israel or Judea/Samaria, no Palestinian country has existed on the planet in the history of the world; $10,000 if you can prove otherwise). WHAT WAS THE RESULT? WHAT WAS ISRAEL’S REWARD????? Hamas used areas previously gaurded by the IDF to lob rockets at Israel, this has been going on since Israel left. Between 3500 and 7000 Rockets have landed on Israeli civilian areas since Israel left all of Gaza. It begs the question: what exactly are they attacking about now?! The occupation myth can’t be used an excuse anymore!

And the IDF has done NOTHING. No retaliation on Gaza, Hamas fires with impunity. There was a brief series of actions against Hamas in Judea/Samaria and some limited actions in Gaza – this is what led to Hamas begging Israel to agree to a Hudna. BTW: A Hudna this isn’t a ceasefire by Western Standards, it’s similar to what Muhammed ‘agreed to’ with the Jews at Khyber, basically a time-out until he could regroup and then attack the Jews when they were off-gaurd… Incidentally, rockets flew into Israel less than a week after this ceasefire began.

Israel, for it’s part, has done little to nothing to combat the ongoing bombardment. Part of the reason is Shalit, who Hamas is holding as a life insurance policy. Until he is freed or killed I cannot see Israel launching the type of sweep necessary to at least lessen the amount of rockets fired into Israel.

    ========
What they like even more is to hide behind their OWN women and children. This is why these guys always make their bases in areas were families with children reside. When Israel eventually retaliates they win a PR victory as they are champions at showing off their dead and bleeding. On the domestic front, the various groups compete for MARTYRS, a women and child who die as a result of Israel attacking Hamas is considered a HAMAS MARTYR. Hamas holds parades to advertise these martyrs, they print hundreds of posters of the dead and plaster them everywhere. AND RABIN/PERES THOUGHT THEY COULD NEGOTIATE WITH SUCH A MINDSET… WOW!

    =====

LOL… Alas, a more realistic scenario would have Hamas finding some way to smuggle RPG’s and AK-47s in the bellies of the cows. Every time Israel reopens the border for aid, the terrorists find a means of packing some weapons among the shipments needed to feed their people (another absurdity, although Israel is in a war of survival with these people, it feeds them, provides them electricty, collects taxes for them, provides them water, and for many years subsidized and supported their entire economy!)…

Sometimes I wonder if I Am in the Bizarro World…

    OK, rant over…

  10. John says:

Should have sent them some pigs disguised as cows.

  11. Gayle says:

LOL Angel! You are extremely creative today. :)

I’m truly having a hard time believing that Israel would think sending cows is going to do any good whatsoever. Have they lost their minds? I doubt it, so I agree with Sam. They are doing it so that when they do have to retaliate in a big way they can say “Hey world! We tried everything. We even sent them cattle!” At least I sincerely hope that’s the plan.

  12. Dinah Lord says:

I can only hope they were “mad cows”

    Mooo to you, Miss Angel!

  13. vegas art guy says:

    too funny Angel.

  14. Brooke says:

WHEN WILL leftists understand that they CANNOT bribe good behavior from terrorists?!?

They LAUGH at this and take the resources, and use them to strengthen their attacks!

  15. Defiant_Infidel says:

I can’t laugh and I see no humor.

The Israeli government mentality of capitulation continues to snowball… Perhaps someday, ahead of Iran and/or the rest of the terrorists succeeding in completely wiping out the country entirely, a remaining number of realistic hardliners will assume power. I find it astounding that the people of Israel have apparently become so accepting of being relentlessly assaulted and brutalized. Israel is now being effectively disassembled from within. What other reason could be pointed to for these continued, hopeless “gifts” of submission?

  16. heidianne jackson says:

i am with di as i also see no humor in the situation. in fact, it frightens me so because it seems to be a parallel for our own country. muslims are hell bent on detroying not just israel, but the u.s. as well and those in power (or seeking power in our case) are hellbent on handing it over…

  17. Angel says:

Sometimes I gotta laugh to keep from crying alls. :)

  18. Tom says:

    Cows for Peace?

At least they didn’t send swine…

    ========================

I don’t think it’s so much the Israeli population as it is the Olmert government.

Olmert is a bloody crook, he messed up the Lebanon war, he hasn’t fulfilled Sharon’s disengagement plan in the least (the plan was to withdraw but pound it if they attacked from there, that way they would not be able to cry “occupation”, which btw: they are still doing…). Lastly, Olmert is facing a legal suit for bribery.

With this much scandal around him he does not have the credibility or momentum to call a signifigant prolonged action against Hamas.

The issue here is that OLMERT DOES NOT A GOVERNMENT MAKE! Barak and others should have left the coalition and disbanded the government ages ago, esp. after the Winograd Commission findings (however muted they were). It seems like POLITICIANS IN ISRAEL ARE PUTTING CAREER AHEAD OF NATION — the ULTIMATE SIN. Barak & others fear that if they brings down the government, that Bibbi Netanyahu will take power, likely lessing his party’s role.

It is a DISGUSTING STATE OF AFFAIRS and it is beginning to severly affect Israeli morale. With corruption issues becoming near daily headlines Israelis are losing that nationalistic pride that has kept the nation strong for 60 years.

Recent reports state that conscription rates are the lowest they have been in history (I believe the figure was somewhere between 20 and 40% who end up serving the full 3 years).

The politicians need to STOP BEING POLITICIANS and REMEMBER WHAT NEIGHBOURHOOD THEY ARE LIVING IN!

Every nation goes through these types of lulls, this mass-desparity – however, I cannot think of a worse time for Israel to be experiencing this growing pain. If it continues, this growing pain may be its demise.

  20. cube says:

They should sneak in some pigs while they’re at it. Just for kicks.

  21. OMMAG says:

The idea that there should be a supply of food and other necessities is all well and good … but who is paying for that? Where is the money coming from?

Why concrete? Yo allow the paleos to reinforce and harden buildings and tunnels against attack.

It’s allways the same BS with the Arabs … when they’ve got themselves in a bind they want peace…. after they’ve refreshed themselves … it’s back to the usual. Although it seems more often that they can’t even restrain themselves during a “ceasefire” anymore……

I think that Israel should say ENOUGH ….. we tried …. you lied … no more will be tolerated.

Run the freaks out of Gaza and the West Bank and tell the rest of the whiners across the world to stuff it.

  22. Layla says:

Sigh…… G-d forbid I say “holy” cow. Pffffft! HAM my A***s — SPIT!

  23. kevin says:

We can call the program Bovines for Bullies.

    Mooos for Mullahs?

    Holsteins for Hamas?

    Caliphate cattle?

  24. MK says:

If only Israel would give them a bit of their own medicine eh. Instead Israelis are dodging rockets while Olmert, or as you call him ole-omelet, tries to find what else he can hand over.

  25. Defiant_Infidel says:

    Wingless said:

“It seems like POLITICIANS IN ISRAEL ARE PUTTING CAREER AHEAD OF NATION — the ULTIMATE SIN.”

I think you just explained my point for me. Who put Olmert and the rest of the politicians in place?

How do you suppose our civilian population would respond if Mr. Bush and Co. allowed the Canadians to continue to lob rockets into our neighborhoods and kill our innocent men, women and children?

Angel, I understand your need to affix some levity to this insanity. My comments were in no way meant to discredit your post or the validity of your effort. I apologize if you took it that way. I should have been more specific or kept my “keyboard” shut. ;)

  26. Angel says:

THANKS FOR THE WONDERFUL COMMENTS AS ALWAYS…AND THANK you DI for such sensitivity….you know me….laughter is da best meds.. hands down! :)

There was a brewery here in Las Vegas called the Holy Cow. But it closed down, lucky for me they put the brewery in my favorite restaurant, The Draft House.

  28. benning says:

Maybe if they send enough cows they can cause a stampede and wipe Hamas from the face of the earth!

    Heheheee!
