Israel: TAKE GAZA BACK
ISRAEL’s actions in Gaza are justified under international law, and Israel should be commended for its self-defence against terrorism. Article 51 of the United Nations Charter reserves to every nation the right to engage in self-defence against armed attacks. The only limitation international law places on a democracy is that its actions must satisfy the principle of proportionality.
Since Israel ended its occupation of Gaza, Hamas has fired thousands of rockets designed to kill civilians into southern Israel. The residents of Sderot - who have borne the brunt of the attacks - have approximately 15 seconds from launch time to run into a shelter.
Although deliberately targeting civilians is a war crime, terrorists firing at Sderot are so proud of their actions that they sign theirweapons.
An honourable warriorThe claim that Israel has violated the principle of proportionality - by killing more Hamas terrorists than the number of Israeli civilians killed by Hamas rockets - is absurd. First, there is no legal equivalence between the deliberate killing of innocent civilians and the deliberate killings of Hamas combatants. Under the laws of war, any number of combatants can be killed to prevent the killing of even one innocent civilian.
Until the world recognises that Hamas is committing three war crimes - targeting Israeli civilians, using Palestinian civilians as human shields, and seeking the destruction of a member-state of the UN - and that Israel is acting in self-defence and out of military necessity, the conflict willcontinue.
So here we are my friends:

Because of the I.D.F., not only will tens of thousands of Israeli citizens will be able to live a normal life, free of fear and bone chilling terror; but muzlim terrorists worldwide will think twice before spreading their unique brand of Jeehadi poison.
Ham-ASS terrorists are being targeted by Israel using precise and surgical strikes, all the while the stinkin Muzlim terrorists are purposely operating in the midst of the civilian population in Gaza.
Israel, on the other hand, drops pamphlets, makes phone calls, and fires warning shots to save civilian lives.
What other Nation on earth does that?
Oh, and guess what… “WORLD opinion”?
If supposedly innocent (who are really indocrinated future terrorists) civilians in Gaza get hurt too along the way, Israel chooses to side with her own citizens.
Horror of horrors, right?
“Oh but the massacre of poor Palestinians!…” (hand wringing optional)
The terrorist apologists’ lexicon and media’s favorite word is “massacre”.
Right. Remember the ole Jenin “massacre”. Nuff said.
And notice you Leftards and bashers how (all those supposedly moderate) Muzlims suddenly rally and mobilize demonstrations worldwide when Israeli retaliation for terrorism gets just a tad too hot for them.
When was the last worldwide Muzlim rally against the perps of Sept 11, or Spain or the UK bombings or Bali, or Mumbai, or or or….Never bloody mind.
Screw them and their “2 state-solution” , which is just a propoganda ploy to further Muzlim anti semitism and to get the Leftards in the West to force concessions and more boycotts on Israel.

History lesson:
Yea. Israel “took” Gaza 40 years ago.
But um……..that’s because she suffered terrorist attacks from Gaza for eight straight years.
Anyone recall 1948 -1956?
Israel then conquered it in 1967, after the Egyptians coerced the UN (which, incidentally had been stationed in Gaza since 1956) to withdraw and prepared to attack her.
Israel then spent the next forty years trying to “exchange” the land they legitimally conquered for “peace.”
Are you kidding?
Where was that ever done in the annals of history?
So let’s see now…For over thirty years the “Palestinians”, (fake name that they made up) refused to make treaties with Israel and then proceeded to break every treaty they allegedly made.
Israel finally withdrew from Gaza, expelling their fellow citizens, just as “a show of good-will” to the raging Muzlim world.
How have they been thanked?
The way terrorist Muzlims thank any infidel:
With five thousand stinkin rockets.
While the liberals manage to evince sympathy for muzlim “civilians” in Gaza, they were not once able to muster any sympathy for the civilians (innocent kindergarden children) who are puposely targeted daily by rockets.
Does anyone recall the Allies counting their own dead, and then making sure they only killed the same number of Nazis and Germans during WW2? Pffft.
Double standard would be a masterpiece of understatement.
Oh, and not for nothing but..um..
Gaza Muzlims are the ones who voted ham-AAS into power, so ….”innocent” civilians?..NOT.
The Ham-ASS charter calls for the destruction of Israel. Look it up fools.
Every single Muzlim in any free country who publicly supports Ham-ASS, (who is strategically and officially opposed to peace, and endorses attacks against civilians), should be deported back to a stinkin Arab country where they can celebrate 9/11 together by handing out candy to their indocrinated America and Jew hating children.
Better yet, Arrest them all and release them into Gaza when this is over and done.

I am so sick of the press coverage on Israel these days. Pompous oafs, one after another, appear on the screen and lecture us on how Israel ought to behave. They interview Palestinians, U.N. bureaucrats, even a Catholic priest. All chastised Israel. But, not one word to Hamas. Not one question on why they trashed Gaza after the pull out. Overthrew the legitimate government. Turned it into a land based gunboat. The Egyptians had it right: Hamas brought this on by their own bellicose actions. Let’s hope the Israelis maintain a thick skinned attitude and persevere. As to all the critics: Stick it in yer ear.

Angel, I pray that Israel will never stop and never let up until hamas is utterly annihilated. The Jewish people do not love war and they avoid it whenever possible although they are very strong and very good (especially in the air.) I hope that Israel continues and the US finds the nerve to back her unconditionally.

What pretzel logic makes people, including Hollywood celebrities, protest WITH the palestinians? Don’t they care that Hamas has been lobbing thousands of rockets at the Israelis for years? Aren’t little jewish children as sacrosanct as those of the moslems? The idea of anti-semitism disgusts me, but I can’t see any other root cause here for this craziness.

It’s a terrible thing that is happening over there. Hamas has brought this on themselves. The misinformation out there about Israel, perpetrated by the Libs, is astounding. Thankfully there are many supporters of Israel. Perhaps someday the truth will be known.

Forget the Euro - peons …… they are not worth the stinking air they exhale.
My hope is that Israel has finally extracted itself from the mindset that they need to listen to the Eurotrash and the UN tools.
Neither group holds the welfare and security of the state of Israel to be of value. Therefore, no Israeli should lend credence to their words.
Since the so called Palestinians of Gaza have done nothing but exploit the work of the Israelis who reclaimed dessert built it up and destroy the rest they have no claim possess any of it. Let the parasites try to find hosts in Jordan, Egypt and Syria.

Having “take a seat, kids for a history lesson”, I’m a little surprised you left out that Palestine (ancient Hebrew Peleshet, or land of the Philistines) is
hardly “made up”. The bronze age city of Ashkelon (still there, presently occupied by the IDF) was part of the ancient land which was then called Philestia. In 132, the Roman Emperor Hadrian, having dispersed the Hebrews, renamed it Palestine to frustrate them further. And again in
1920-48, this area of the Levant was known as the British Mandate of Palestine. The Arabs living there assumed the name Palestinian, naturally enough. To state that the term is a “fake name they made up” seems a bit egregious.

There is never proportionality in war. You hope that your side suffers less casualties then the enemy. That is the cold hard fact of war.

The news doesn’t even tell us that Hamas fired 100 missiles DURING the ‘cease fire’…Anybody know if Israel has EVER actually broken a cease fire?
Did you hear about that Muslim kid who’s converted to Christianity and says it was partly due to Hamas’ behavior in an Israeli prison he was in for 18 months? He said something like 16 Muslims died while in Prison but nobody realizes it’s HAMAS which kills their own, not Israel. Typical media cover-up.
And, this is the kind of people Israel’s dealing with… BBIdaho’s just half right…the truth is no other Arab countries WANT these people and these people don’t have the courage or the love of their own children to demand from the big money-bags supplying them with arms to say STOP, we want a country we can live in…no more war.
