Grieving the losS of the KillerS

We all feel the tug of war between those of us who firecely believe in protecting this glorious Nation from terror and preserving the freedoms that make America worth protecting, versus the Lefty Libs who see fit to do battle for the security, civil liberties and rights of the very ones terrorizing us.
The ones who unashamedly bemoan the executive branch for possessing greater powers to pursue potential enemies to the U.S.than ever before in history.
The ones who inculcate fear through distortion and exaggeration implying that the federal government will spend their time and resources “spying on law-abiding Americans” in increasingly sophisticated and invasive ways..so watch your back eh?
There’s only one hitch though. They have no issue with cannibalizing civil liberties, provided they belong to soldiers or religious folk, who may not even mention God’s name in a graduation ceremony. See: District pulls plug on speech

These groups are clearly ineligible for “victim status” and all it affords, as opposed to terrorist detainees at Guantanamo Bay, or every pathetic card carrying member of the anti-war,anti-America brigade, or environmentalist, radical tree huggers.
When allegedly coercive methods were used on the seven Marines and one Navy corpsman, at the Camp Pendleton Marine Corps base on nothing but a “suspicion”, no one gathered or protested the confinement conditions of our troops or shouted “Civil Liberties” for them.
We are witnessing attacks using weapons of mass destruction designed to kill thousands of civilians. We shockingly view beheadings and mutiliations as some form of crazed, terrorist “self-expression.”
Nuclear weapons, anthrax, (how quickly we forget), deadly toxins and pathogens.
The Libs discourage any feasible government policy designed to stem the tide of the vicious, blood-minded groups, in the grips of some insane ideological construct, ready to mutilate, kill and destroy for their “noble” cause.
Two beautiful American soldiers whose bodies showed “signs of torture,” ..and that the men appeared to have been killed in a particularly “barbaric” way so that DNA tests were required to positively identify the remains…
Human rights groups silent on death of Americans states:
Privates First Class Kristian Menchaca and Thomas Tucker were members of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault)’s “Strike” Brigade, based at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
Both Menchaca and Tucker volunteered to be members of the US Army. Both volunteered to be infantrymen. Both knew, as do all members of the US Armed Forces, that they could end up in harm’s way as a result of their volunteering—doubly so since both initially enlisted well after the Iraq War (and postwar process) had begun.
In a written statement, Tucker’s family said that their son had joined the military in part out of a desire to “do something positive.” They also released to the press the text of a message he left on their answering machine less than a week before his capture, in which he reaffirmed his commitment to, and belief in, his mission. “I’m defending my country,” he said, and he asked his mother to be proud of him.
Interestingly silent on this and other atrocities carried out by the insurgents in Iraq are the “human rights” groups who seem to spend every day accusing the United States of torture, war crimes, and various human rights violations.
UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan has called the Iraq war “illegal,” and John Pace, former UN chief of Human Rights for Iraq, has said that human rights conditions are “as bad now as they were under Saddam,” but was it America that filled mass graves with hundreds of thousands of murdered Iraqi civilians?
Last month, Human Rights Watch again accused the US of “brutalizing Mus-lim suspects in the name of the war on terror,” but how many times have Americans strapped bombs to their own chests and purposely detonated themselves in a large crowd of civilians?
“Amnesty International’s website highlights America’s use of “torture or other cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment” against terrorist captives, but how many prisoners—Mus-lim or otherwise—have Americans brutally beheaded?”
Sorry Libs, but the facts keep seem to be getting in the way.
1-the decreasing frequency of effective insurgent attacks
2-Zarqawi’s demise at the hands of Air Force pilots and joint Special Operations troops.
Now is the time for vigilance, my sweet friends, against terrorism, and against tyranny.
Needless to say, in the world according the “Libs”, President Bush and the government are using their power for nefarious purposes only.
But the sane minded among us know where our loyalties lie.
Extraordinary times call for Extraordinary measures.
Let us bow our communal heads and grieve over our American deceased, not the cold blooded murderers who did the deed.
