Lefty Euphemisms
“Last week John Kerry revealed his plan to “redeploy” U.S. forces from Iraq.
This plan is different from fellow Defeaticrat Jack Murtha’s plan to “redeploy” U.S. forces from Iraq to Okinawa, which Congressman Murtha seems to think is in the general neighborhood of Iraq.
Iraq’s in the Middle East, Okinawa’s in the Far East: C’mon, how far can it be to get from the Far to the Middle? After all, the distance between the farthest fringe of the kook left and the center of the Democratic Party seems to be closing up every week…
U.S. can’t ‘redeploy’ its way out of Iraq goes on…
You gotta hand it to these guys: “Redeployment” is ingenious. I’ll bet the focus-group consultants were delirious: “surrender,” “lose,”,”scram,” “scuttle ignominiously,” “head for the hills” all polled poorly, but “redeploy” surveyed well with all parts of the base, except the base in Okinawa, where they preferred “sayonara” — that’s “redeploy” in any language. The Defeaticrats have a clear message for the American people. Read da ploy: No new quagmires.
This is the most artful example of Leftspeak since they came up with “undocumented immigrant.” In fact, if it catches on, I’ll bet millions of fine upstanding members of the Undocumented-American community now start referring to themselves as Redeployed Mexicans…
Kerry gets all huffy if he thinks you’re questioning his patriotism, so let’s be charitable and assume the Defeaticrats are simply missing the point: For the rest of the world, what’s at issue in the Iraq war is not the future of Iraq but the future of America.
Can the world’s leading nation still lead or is Kerry’s Vietnam Syndrome “seared” (as he’d say) into its bones? Luxembourg can be Luxembourg. America doesn’t have that option. In a nonpolar world, there’s nowhere to redeploy to.”

Ah…Lets start with the good ole definition shall we?
Re-deploy:
To move (military forces) from one combat zone to another.
To shift (something) from one place or use to another for greater effectiveness.
It’s one thing when Muzlims hang on to euphemisms to distort language, and the people to whom these euphemisms apply. But when Liberals engage in this “word play”, it becomes clear that no matter how exhaustive our efforts, we will never enlarge their sympathies toward their fellow American brothers and sisters.
They seem to take comfort in the subjugation and effacement of their own, while ignoring all the attendant dangers of our sworn enemies.
How do we feel when we confront moments of crisis, such as war, terror, sheer agony, or the grave loss of our very own soldiers?
To some of us the way the Libs did not react upon hearing of the brutal and barbaric murders of Privates First Class Kristian Menchaca and Thomas Tucker, (members of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault)’s “Strike” Brigade), lies beyond the boundaries of the imaginable.
Do the Libs not damage the human spirit when they attempt to equate ahem… “in good conscience” the alleged sufferings and tribulations of terrorists to those of innocent victims?
Is there a total collapse of the distinction between fallible men of good faith and puposeful evil doers on a mission?
Euphemisms hold a precarious place in the literature marketplace…and are being exploited to the max by the Lefties, to enhance their socio-political agendas.
Denying the existence of an enemy does not make him fictitious. It only serves to make the denier - delusional.
In this case, the Izlamo-facist regime, in all its cold blooded barbarism is against which, and whom‚ every freedom loving human being has defined and measured him and herself.
Re-deploy? Sorry fellaz, perhaps you should crack the books again…
that word just doesn’t seem to be……… “cutting it.”

Looks like I need to repost on “diabolos” cos the Demoncrats’ use of words is nothing short of diabolical (’Of, concerning, or characteristic of the devil; satanic. Appropriate to a devil, especially in degree of wickedness or cruelty.”). N.B.: “diabolos” (whence our English words “diabolocal” and “devil”) for (many) centuries meant “liar, false accuser, traducer” and in those senses, too, the Demoncrats’ use of language is diabolical.

Okinawa is about 4900 flght miles from Iraq IF we were given permission to overfly the People’s Republic of China AND Iran,
Lacking that it would be about 6000 miles making Maine a closer base to deploy from.
Who needs Karl Rove they keep making the case over and over again that they are too clueless to be trusted with the Security of the Nation

A traitor supports the other side because
They want them to win
They are being paid by them
They are being blackmailed by them
They have a grudge against their own Country.
The Left
Does not WANT the other side to WIN
They are not being paid by them.
They are not being blackmailed by them
They may have a grudge against this Country, but mainly because they are not in power.
Their actions are not so much to Give and and Comfort the the Enemy as to destroy their political opposition here and gain power for themselves.
So Traitor on the surface seems to fit , but it is too simplistic.,
We need another word that more fully describes their Venality, but for the life of me I cannot think of one,
So for now Traitor will have to do.

I really like K T cat’s comment, because “redeploying” my foot to Kerry’s posterior sounds like a wonderful passtime one would not quickly tire of. Or Dean’s posterior, or a dozen others, especially since that is obviously the location of what passes for their brains.
