Those of us in New York now have to relive this horror and be forced to watch this circus of a “trial” within walking distance of the big hole in the ground that I worked at for months and months in the horrific aftermath of September 11th.
The purpose is clear as cellophane.
Yet another attempt by Hussein obama and his leftards to make the American people feel guilty by showboating and implying that of course…Imperialist America is the cause of Izzzzzzlamic jihadism.
It’s the American people he is putting on trial my friends.
Make no mistake about that.
Hussein Obama does not trust the US military nor their military tribunals.
Not to mention the millions upon millions, paid by the none other than us, the American taxpayer, for the sinister Lefty lawyers who no doubt will volunteer their free time in exchange for Muzlim approval, publicity and world acclaim. Millions more for um.. “security” for them and for the security of the city New York.
As if we haven’t had enough.
Our precious United States soldiers have given their blood and treasure and laid down their lives to liberate some 60 million Muzzzlims in Iraq and Afghanistan…but somehow we need to “prove” that we are “better” than them?
HUH?
Why do we deserve the hefty price we will face for this perverse decision of bringing this trial to Manhattan?
The public discouragement….the national strife.
Don’t even get me started on the international scorn.
It is totally undeserved and evil.
These dirtbags will be able empower a whole new generation of Izzzzzlamic terrorists. The courts won’t be able to shut up KSM and trust me…. a courtroom video will emerge on Youtube within minutes allowing this filth to tell the world what he’s been waiting years to spew.
Yet….What is the greatest irony of all?
These stinkin terrorists who by their own admission- declare themselves as “belonging to no country” will now receive the benefits and rights of being treated like you and me: United States citizens.
And guess who conferred those rights?
Hussein Obama: whose American citizenship status is unquestionable at best and whose presidential legitimacy, with his Chicago thugs and Acorn’s fraudulence…is even more uncertain.
Oh, and by the way……….
Are all the members of the jury wearin bags over their heads?
Or are the Muzlim monsters automatically acquitted because of F.O.O.M. (Fear of Offending Muslims) syndrome? 
When this pathetic circus gets to my beloved town, the major networks should be forced to replay the video of those Muzlim monsters striking the Twin Towers, which they so sheepishly refused to play even right after the attack.
In addition they should play the images our precious neighbors and friends forced to leap from the upper floors of the WTC because of those Muzlim cretins.
This should be shown every solitary day that this stinkin joke of a “trial” for this vermin goes on.
That’s right.

It always escapes me why it is that we have civil and criminal trials for acts of war. The solution to international aggression in the form of war is to utterly defeat your enemies – not to hand them a fine or offer them a suspended sentence – or to find them not guilty because their acts of war aren’t specifically outlawed. A criminal court cannot find a person guilty of violating a law that does not exist, and laws cannot be made (at least in this country) that criminalize an act after the fact.
A criminal court cannot find a person who was not under our jurisdiction at the time he levied war against us and who was captured on the battlefield guilty of violating laws he was not subject to.
So what are the courts to do? Uphold the rule of law and release the mastermind of the most significant act of war against our nation in recent history? Or abandon the rule of law and punish him for “crimes” that either didn’t exist, or that the court had no jurisdiction over in the first place?
This is “politically correct” lunacy that runs counter to sensible survival instincts.

As i said on this subject, there are only two things that will happen from this, KSM has to be freed because America cannot risk compromising its methods, sources and other classified material to convict him OR compromise its methods, sources and other classified material to convict him. So true. Not just on this issue, but almost any issue involving this administration and their liberal dem fellow travelers in congress.
The worst part is that these human turds in turbans confessed and demanded to be executed! Why didn’t we fulfill their wishes and send them to their father in hell when we had the chance?
This trial will be a travesty and a mockery of American justice. Just consider: If these men are found not guilty (entirely possible here in the land of herds of feral trial lawers and America-hating organizations like cair and the aclu) will they be released? Of course not! But someone should as Holder or Obama that very question.

NO AMERICAN IS SUPPOSED TO BOW TO ANYONE! NO ONE.. He is a disgrace as a president. We fought a war so we could be free and NOT have to bow down to royalty EVER again. NEVER! In fact NO Head of State is supposed to bow to another! Remember when Barack Obama bowed before the King of Saudi Arabia at the G-20 summit in London last April? Even though the bow was captured by still and video photographers, the White House denied that it had taken place. “It wasn’t a bow,” But it WAS a bow, as was this one. . I lived in Japan for about 9 months and in all my time there I never saw a grown man bow so deeply to another man as we see in the Obama-Akihito photo and I also never saw such an one-sided gesture (one party bowing deeply and the other not at all). Then again, I never saw anything but Japanese subjects bowing before the deity. In essence, then, this Obama bow before the Emperor is likened to a subject bowing before a god. Any way you try to spin that, it’s not good for America’s image abroad. I don’t care how much Obama wants to “repair” our so-called tainted image. How long must we endure this disgrace posing as the U.S. President? Ane why does Obama have to wear a Muslim tunic or a MAO outfit? I for one am disgusted by these pathetic displays every time he goes out of the country. I guess this is the “Change” he was talking about!

Angel, I swear to you that nothing that Obama and his minions do comes as a surprise to me. He puts us at risk on purpose. He makes a laughing stock out of us on purpose. He doesn’t bow to our allies, like the Queen of England, but grovels in front of the Emporer of Japan because, of course, Japan is a socialist country and Obama just loves socialism! As a president he is a disgrace and as far as I can tell as a man he is a disgrace. I knew he would be the worst president this country has ever seen, and I wish that I’d been wrong.
So now our dear leader decides to put New York City at risk. I suppose he thinks the terrorists didn’t do enough to damage it during 9/11. Obviously Obama didn’t lose any friends or loved ones on 9/11, otherwise he might have had second thoughts about this… but probably not. He’s good at throwing friends and relatives under the bus. I’ve come to the conclusion that the goal here is to put the Bush administration on trial. They want to discredit Bush, take attention off the economy, distract us from Cap and Trade and ObamaCare, and attack the right. If the guy walks, it’s all the better for them. That, and his freedom will be Bush’s fault as well.

The trial of the D.C. snipers was held here in Northern Virginia and nearby Maryland. Talk about a three ring circus.
But at least we didn’t have to worry about conspirators of the D.C snipers.

this is far more sinister than anyone realizes. Holder knows that the evidence in this case will likely be inadmissible. This is a defense attorney’s dream. The real reason he want’s these terrorists tried in a civilian Federal court is so a Federal judge can rule waterboarding torture. Holder wants to establish a legal reason to go after Bush administration and CIA officials. He doesn’t care that KSM is likely to be acquitted. Holder’s really after Bush and company. Make no mistake about that.
